Don’t know why people hate Nissans with CVT. Now that I’ve lived with the CVT with 140,000 miles I know I wouldn’t buy another one, but it’s been just fine, no issues. This isn’t a sporty vehicle but for 8 years and 140k miles it gets the job done every time. I just don’t get the hatred towards these cars. I do have AWD but if I were to do it over I’d drop that option. It’s expensive to maintain and truthfully I don’t go outside when the weather is bad anyway so I doubt the AWD feature has ever engaged, not even once. I plan to keep my vehicle for 10 years then get a minivan.

I come in because of Pam Oakes she is the best at service and is always available. She is also logical when it comes to needing service. If it doesn’t”t need it than we w2ait. My wife and I found our lease experience to be pleasurable. Our daughter gave us a salesperson's contact information at Bommarito Infiniti, so we were greeted by Bob Anderson who now sells Audi vehicles. No problem. Bob introduced us to Anthony Dotta and the process began. We pretty much new what we wanted and we were guided through an even better plan by these gentlemen. A short while later we found ourselves looking forward to our new Infiniti vehicle. Patience, professionalism, knowing ones product, and the deal is amicably closed. We completed the paperwork with Charles Wagstaff about a week later. All three of these gentlemen treated us like we were their favorite customers. We give a Five Star rating and our Vote of Confidence to Bommarito Infiniti.

Purchased a new Atlas. Arrived late on a weekday evening due to my work schedule. The staff stayed late and worked quickly to get me headed back home. Thank you again. I wish Volkswagen would at least provide some promotional material for a new car buyer though. Pay $54,000 for a new car and not even a key chain lol.

Owned for 2 months, replaced a 2023 Buick Envision Avenir. Much better car, more comfortable, more luxurious. Used to Drive Lincolns, stopped as they are now made in China. Compared to Jaguar and Cadillac, clearly better car.

Took the Q5 in late on a Saturday afternoon. Connor Bemis was very accommodating and put us in a loaner quickly. He followed up on the following Wednesday afternoon when the car was finished. We picked it up and were bak on the road in a very quick time frame. The car had been thoroughly cleaned for us. A recall was also done for which we had no idea that was needed. All in all, we are very pleased with this service and especially given that the dealer was working out of temporary facilities while their new building is under construction.

check the oil every tank fill, dealer advised if it dropped too far it would scrap the timing chain, interference engine lock up. a 6 inch strip of paint blistered off the roof, the rear deck won't set down horizontal (everything slides to the rear. rides like a limo, handles like a dream, no real probs. 168k on the odo.
