The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.

Paulo was an excellent salesperson. He made the process very comfortable and easy as did the sales manager and finance manager (Christian). I highly recommend this dealership!

My husband and son needed a new vehicle asap which is difficult these days and my husband was in Austin only for the weekend to finalize a sale. This Kia dealer has provided my periodic maintenance for several years. Their staff is very friendly and courteous considering they are understaffed. The service center is cramped and always has parts and other gear laying around the customer entrance area. I am amazed at how well the service does with these conditions. First rate service though the cycle time could be better for a simple service like oil changes.
