Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

We did most of the negotiations and some of the paperwork online which was a real time saver! The staff was overt knowledgeable and easy to work with through the entire car buying process.

I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years,with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. The 2020 Odyssey has a smooth ride, comfortable attractive interior. The Magic seating system makes this van even more flexible for hauling loads of kids and family, while being able to quickly change to hauling lots of cargo.

As a first-time (young, female) car buyer, I was very nervous about the whole process. After a horrifying experience at the first dealership, I went to Cerritos Jeep even more nervous... Tony C. was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and, most importantly to me, really listened and cared about what I was looking for - which features were important to me and which ones I could forego, and what price I needed to stay under. Unfortunately, Cerritos didn't have the color of Jeep that I wanted in inventory. I even mentioned that I guess I could settle for my second color choice and mentioned that they had it in stock at another dealership. Rather than pressuring me to buy the car that was my second choice, Tony actually said that I should buy the car that was my first color choice because that is what I really wanted. Indeed, I bought the car at the third dealership and I'm thrilled! My only disappointment is that I couldn't buy it from Tony. Absolutely without a doubt the best car salesman I've ever met and probably on the planet! I would encourage anyone to buy from Cerritos and from Tony specifically. If I choose a Jeep for my next purchase I'll definitely be going to him!

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

Plenty of room to carry the grandkids and still room in the back for carrying things. Navigator 2.5 L engine, back up camera, towing package and great features throughout. It's like driving a luxury car. I love my 2017 transit connect van !

At first i was little hesitated due to condition of this dealer. Also there were no customer parking spaces and just jam packed with luxury cars in their parking lot. Just went in to check out 2021 Lexus rx350 for my family car. My first day with Terrie, I was quickly trying to get a quote. He was very straight forward with his deal but I still wanted to check out other dealers as well. So i left and went to other dealers to check on other cars they have and figure out the numbers. The next day, I went back to Terrie and made my purchase. I did test drove it and looked for any flaws on this car. I found one spot that had a small dent, but they fixed it for me. This dealer and staffs were amazing! i had a great easy experience with them. I will definitely come back to them when i need a new car or recommend them to my friends as well who needs a new car. I am enjoying driving my 2021 Lexus Rx350 right now and my children are smiling because they are too enjoying this car. Again thank you Terrie and Zaad for helping out our family!

I've been putting off getting a new card because the exhausting process (in the past) is so anxiety provoking for me. I've had 2 Mercedes in the past, and never had a bad experience. On a whim, I began looking online and searched all the MB dealerships around and, by far, Mercedes Benz of Long Beach had the best inventory and most competitive prices. So, I sent an email inquiry about one of their vehicles and within an hour, the Internet Sales Manager (Joel Turett) got in touch with me. Even with less than perfect credit, Joel had me financed in about 20 minutes. The next day I came in, test drove a couple vehicles I liked and finally settled on one. I got a more than expected fair trade on my old Mercedes, and was leaving there in a short time with my new car. In the past when car shopping (especially at MB dealerships), I've always felt I was treated "less than", because I wasn't buying $75,000 car. Not the case here! From Joel, to the sales manager, to the woman in the finance department... everyone was so kind and helpful. My Sienna XLE is a 2018 Braunability handicap van with the 285 hp V6. I bought it new, it has 40k miles. I’ve serviced by the book, replaced battery this year, put one set of tires on it, and have driven it like I stole it. It’s never missed a beat, is comfortable, durable, dependable, averages 19 mpg on short runs of 15-25 miles. To my dismay, Toyota Sienna’s are only available after 2020 with the 245 ho 4 cylinder hybrid. I may be forced to buy a 4 cylinder Sienna, but I sure don’t want to. Don’t like the looks of the Honda, Pacifica, or others.🥴🥲

The person that I had an appointment was not there because I was early. Someone else assisted and he was very nice and helpful. When we got in the car that I wanted he showed me different things about the car. He also let me take it for a test drive by myself.

An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

We met a very helpful internet sales rep named Maria, whose communication skills set her apart from the other Lexus dealerships. She was lovely and knowledgeable in person. We were paying cash and agreed on a price quickly-our only concern was how many hours it took to finalize the deal with so many attempts to sell us on maintanence packages.

The 3.3 liter V6 is under powered especially if you carry six passengers. Had to replace a catalytic converter at 132,000 miles code po420 bank 2. a disappointment. The engine is basically a Camry engine. Toyota should of put a larger displacement engine in this van.

Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.
