Our recent purchase and trade-in of cars at Eastlake Auto Brokers was very positive. The lot is set up with each type of vehicle with like vehicles side by side. Met in the parking lot with a helpful salesman who connected us with Paul who went with us on two promising test drives. When we came back the next week, Robbi was available and just as pleasant to work with since Paul was not there. Again, positive test drives and we were ready to make a purchase. This vehicle has been extremely reliable and fits my needs for hauling lots of cargo and pulling a utility trailer. The engine has great power and the interior comfort if excellent. It make long trips very comfortable. It is the main reason why we purchased a second Sienna, 2021 XLE AWD.

I have been attempting to purchase a used car for a great deal for the past three months. I now have (unwanted) firsthand experience with the liars of the used car dealer industry in this area. Jeb, however, at Maple Leaf Motors in Spanaway, WA, was immediately responsive to my financial needs as well as my desire to purchase a vehicle that will hopefully last me far into my senior years. He let me test drive a couple of vehicles, and has offered to let me test drive a more that I have my eye on. He has been honest, up front, about everything, and I am relieved. Also, he has not been pushy either, but rather has just let me decide what I like or don't like. It's something I truly value in people who sell. And, he has been patient with me, which has eased my apprehension of even looking for a car! The back up crew had each vehicle ready for me to drive and made sure there was fuel in the tanks--so worrying about gas turned out to be the last thing on my mind, unlike many of the dealerships I had been to. Although a purchase is still in progress, I feel that, FINALLY, there is a dealership that actually cares about what is important to me. If I can find a vehicle there that fits my high expectations, I definitely will buy from them.

Not a more useful car ever built. Easily tows a seadoo ski boat, fold the second In third row seats down and this van swallows a 120 in wingspan remote control giant scale stop with biplane on the weekends. It is truly an amazing piece of engineering!

I love my Odyssey! It is so comfortable, the seat is larger than any of the new cars, it comes out to the back of my knees, and I am 5'6", i know that's a strange thing to like, but its important to me. I also like how versatile it is with the e3rd row seats folding into the floor, or makes the well deep enough for storage! Half or the whole way across! Best car I have ever owned!

The Sienna is a great vehicle for trips. Hauls people and everything in comfort. Has lots of safety features and is very reliable. Better looking than the new Toyota models.

Having problems with the driver side, side door and rear door. Rear door is coming down when you are still standing under it. Side door won't close,or unlock properly.

The help was friendly and very well developed. All information and requirements was observed and committed and was helpful. The assignment for a used car was pleased to me and theirs no doubt about the satisfaction and owner of the vehicle that was given to me. The van had legroom, DVD, good a/c heat, 8 Seater, big trunk, nice sound, rides great DODGE CARAVAN SXT,I need to get another one ,the 2017 r 2018 model has the same features & more. Safe for you & your family, also I test drove the 2019 Infinity they are roomy & nice

I used this van to commute 80 miles to work. Very reliable. Just replaced tires as needed. Very comfortable van to drive. Stow-n-Go seats makes it easy to haul large items.

Jeb was very responsive and communicated well about the car listing i was interested in. They were very honest about the car's condition and willing to work with us on the price. They had no problem letting us take the car to get inspected & the result matched what the told us before hand. Would recommend highly.

The ride is smooth and is specifically made to be a family car. The only issue is it’s slow 0-60 second acceleration at about 8.3 seconds but that’s not really what the car was made for, just wish it could go a little quicker. Compared this with the Toyota Sienna is that the Sienna is slightly a bit quicker. However, the Odyssey has way better styling and in my personal opinion one of the nicest minivans you could get back in the 2010s.

I’ve had 4 different minivans over the last 2 decades, 2 Mazda MPV’s, 1 Dodge Caravan and the 2009 Chrysler T&C that I bought used in 2013. The T&C wins hands down…I absolutely love it, comfortable, super sound system, Bluetooth compatibility with my cell phone, great on gas and holds a ton of stuff. Have taken it from Canada through the US and, knock on wood, I have had 0 issues with it and hope it lasts as long as I do being a senior! Wish Chrysler had not discontinued it!

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

Went in Sunday with a crappy old BMW. Spoke with Miguel about a car I was interested in. Miguel talked straight with me on my trade in .He didn't talk above me or belittle me. He made me feel like a friend helping out a friend. The rest of the staff was awesome also. The finance dep bumped up my trade in above what it was worth just to get me to the monthly payments i needed to do the deal. A++ will go to them again.

Good for transporting more than 8 people at one time! With 7 kids, my wife and I found it reliable, yet a little disappointing on the interior design :( For a 2008 family/church van it could use a little added "comfort" and accessorizing. Needs more cup holders, sturdier construction (simple parts easily break or malfunction like plastic cover over seat belt, door handles on front passenger side and sliding door). Good for pulling a medium-sized speed boat w/no problems!! Great for allowing a family of 8-9 spread out on long trips with decent amount of cargo space. Could be better on seat comfort/design and removability for those times when you want to carry something "inside" the van but don't want to stack on top of all 3 bench seats. Overall give it a 3.8 to 4.0 rating. Probably spoiled because I've owned 2005 Honda Odyssey and 2006 Toyota Sienna which meet all of the above needs except more than 8 passengers. Honda and Toyota will be my first choice unless I need to transport more than 8 at a time.

I hate buying cars but thank God I found LKL Motors! Easiest, most stress free experience I have ever had! They do not hound you or follow you around on the lot. Very easy to work with. I bought a car with a broken windshield and LKL Motors replaced it for me. Great customer service as well. I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience start-to-finish! Good selection, no pressure, personable staff. Our salesman Mike B was very knowledgeable and took time to listen to what we wanted without pushing us one way or the other. Finance Manager Max M was also friendly, went over all the paperwork clearly, and explained very useful extended warranty options without all the nonsense other dealerships try to arm-twist you over. I got my Savana (Same as Chevy Express) Cargo van to use occasionally like a pickup. I prefer the enclosed van to keep cargo dry. I don't use it much, but I like it a lot. The old style is much more solid than the newer euro-style vans, and much better looking. It's worse on gas of course, but has the power to pull. The 2500 I have rides a bit rough, with 60-80 lb of air in the tires! But it handles and runs very nice for a work vehicle. I've had no trouble at all in 6 years. This year was my first maintenance repair, taking brakes, battery, and a TPS resetting. It's only got 22k on it, so you may need brakes sooner. I love the truck for all these reasons, but especially because it's the classic look from a simpler, more sane time.

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.
