I went just looking for a potential trade and left with everything i wanted. They didn't have what i wanted as i can be picky sometimes but it didn't take them long to find it and make it happen. I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years,with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. The 2020 Odyssey has a smooth ride, comfortable attractive interior. The Magic seating system makes this van even more flexible for hauling loads of kids and family, while being able to quickly change to hauling lots of cargo.

I bought the Crew trim. It is very comfortable inside and from out side it has a sporty look. Toyota Sienna and Honda Odyssey look kind of bulky. I suppose those who complain about Dodge Grand Caravan are looking at the base model which, yes, is not good from inside and it has not changed since I believe 2011. They should at least add a centre console. (I am sure you will increase your fans). But the upper models (SXT and up) are really good.

I had 6 of these in the last 15 years. Mostly do breaks, change tires and fluids. NEVER in any of these did I have a transmission issue. Love the stow away seats. Plenty of power in the V6 3.6L engine. I sold 5 of these, and got only thanks. Was never stranded, Countless Florida and Canada trips, Great family car.

This car is wider than other minivans, providing more space and legroom for the kids. It drives ultra smooth and is super comfortable. Only complaint is that there is only 1 built in USB port and is located in the glove compartment.

This is a very good vehicle. The six speed automatic transmission is very smooth. The v8 engine delivers very adequate power and surprisingly good gas mileage. It is quite comfortable to drive. The rear seats are very easy to remove.

I bought a manual Honda Crv had nothing but good luck with it even though it had high miles. They went over the car to make sure that is was reliable and safe. No leaks and everything worked

We have liked the Toyota Sienna so much, this is the 2nd one we purchased and each one we owned and never experienced any out of the ordinary problems. Great family vehicle.

The vehicle has exceeded my expectations. The van is so quiet and as a result the road noise is imperceptible. I can easily hear conversations from the back seats. The car rides so smoothly it seems like you are floating. I love the two-toned interior. The gas mileage is much better than I expected even though I have not made a long trip. When I told the general manager I did not want to dicker he came back with a fair offer that sped up the process. The finance guy & I had a lot in common, so the process did not feel like we were there as long as we actually were. Since the purchase my wife has called John several times, regarding different features and he was very helpful.

We have had our Carnival for about 6 months. I love it!! It is my favorite car ever and I was a Ford Explorer fan before. It is so comfortable and rides like a dream. We can comfortably carry 8 adults with no problems. It has plenty of power and still gets 25-27 MPG around town. The seating configuration is amazing the way they lay down or come out. Being able to see the back while driving is a definite plus, carrying grand babies. And it even becomes its own WiFi spot! The warranty is unbeatable and the service is so good. Highly recommend!!!

Tony and his team took care of my 2018 alfa romeo giulia after I hit a deer .They were very professional, from the initial call to the rental to the ins co. and to the body work. They are 'A' rated by my insurance company. The parts only took 2 weeks to come in(unbelivable). The car was returned in less than 3 weeks. The paint blended beautifully. The car looked amazing. I bought mine used in 2019 with 22,000 miles on it. I'm now over 107,000 miles with no real problems. I've only done routine maintenance and it still drives a smooth gist as it did when I bought it and wouldn't have one hesitation driving it long distance anywhere. I've recently had the check engine light come on and it shows trac off, but I don't believe it's anything more than a sensor. Overall it holds up to the Toyota reputation of reliability, so much so that my wife winded up trading her dream Jeep Gladiator in for a Toyota 4Runner and hasn't looked back.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

Everyone was quick to respond to my questions and always happy to help. I unfortunately did not buy a new vehicle yet simply because I haven’t found what I’m looking for . I will continue to check their inventory though periodically to see if they have what I am interested in

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

I Went with my mom to get a car here at north hills auto mall and we had a wonderful experience! The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We would highly recommend getting a used car here! We unfortunately did not have the same experience at other places we went in the area, and we really appreciated the service we received here!

I just need basic maintenance(as oil, tires, batteries) until last year 2018 some dashboard censors mess up( speed sensor, but after change a new one those lights still go on)
