Be sure to check over every inch of the vehicle's engine and body, and make sure ALL the gadgets work before signing any papers. Once the deal is done, Baumann is done with you. If you don't thoroughly examine the vehicle before signing papers, and drive off the lot, and have a problem, it is too bad, so sad for you as you will be on your own. I noticed a 1 3/4 inch X 1/4 wide spot on the edge of the hood that had bubbled up paint. Ask Tony could it be repaired because we had just purchased van. He stated The State of Ohio does not hold dealer responsible after sale is complete. The estimate to fix is $200 for me to pay. I, myself, wondered if they could fix it out of the good will of their heart, but maybe there are state rules on giving out good will, and making the customer happy. Tony did take the time and look at my volume problem on Bluetooth, and fixed that for me. I worked with Michael on the sale and Curtis on the financial end. Both were very cordial. Was very disappointed that van was so dirty, few stains in carpet, and the back gate was packed with dead Mayflies. My Husband cleaned and washed the van, and now it looks like new.

Found the truck I was interested in online on a Sunday, got a text from Big Mike on Monday morning. Super amazing gentleman. I had meetings all day but we walked through what I was looking for via text. We had a deal mapped out by Wednesday and by Friday morning, I was on a plane flying to Detroit. Buying a car sight, unseen is always a little nerve racking but I knew Big Mike would take care of me. There is a reason they are $20k instead of the MSRP of $60k. So, Big Mike and I discussed some options. Ended up they had another newer and less mileage truck that had all the features I wanted. Big Mike and his team really put in work to get the deal done so we were both walking away with smiles and a good comfortable feeling. Can’t thank you and your team enough! I owned a 2014 sienna limited premium and was the best vehicle I have ever owned in my 50 years of driving, owning 16 different cars, Suvs and Vans. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium AWD and I like it but I don't like the way it shifts, its very jerky. I did get a computer engine software update that helped very much. The engine having 40 more horse power would make me think that it would have tremendous power compaired to my 2014, but it did not. So it purchased a what call (chip your car) that connects under the dash to get more refindment in the performace, to unleash the filtered performance and it did. What a difference in performance. I purchaced the chip for 150.00 and its worth every penny. I am a performance guy especially when driving a nice van. So with the Toyota Software upgrade and my computer chip upgrade now we have a nice performace running van which my 2014 had also.

But they just put brakes on my daughters car and change the oil. Found a nail in the tire that I purchased a month ago and they replaced it for free thank you Jim White Honda

An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

Bought the 2021 EX-L model end of 2023 with 21,000 miles. I test drive the Sienna and was very disappointed in every aspect which led me to the Oddessy which I had not previously considered. One test drive and I was sold. The amount of space for my three kids to sit comfortably, the ample trunk space, the magic slide seats, automatic sliding doors & heated seats with a sunroof are among my favorite things about this minivan. It's fun to drive and has plenty of power with its 280hp. As long as you have proper snow tires in snowy conditions, this FWD minivan will do just fine. I had no issues in squalls and other winter conditions. I took my snow tires off prematurely and got caught in a winter storm and hit a guard rail and my whole family was safe and sound with no injuries. It has since been repaired back to its original condition. Keep your winter tires on til late Spring to be safe. I will absolutely drive this thing til the wheels fall off and then I'll buy another. Thank you Honda for keeping the Oddessy in your lineup! I hope it never goes away.

This van is a work and towing vehicle with no frills but a hearty appetite for functionality and purposeful utility. I have used this vehicle for 7 years without a major problem of any kind. It's been used to tow loads of over 10,000 pounds and used as a daily driver in the city and on freeways. Handles well and gets decent gas mileage.

Not a more useful car ever built. Easily tows a seadoo ski boat, fold the second In third row seats down and this van swallows a 120 in wingspan remote control giant scale stop with biplane on the weekends. It is truly an amazing piece of engineering!
