I was looking at a particular vehicle but Lawrence told me “ hey you may want to consider some different options.” Reason being was the used vehicle has somewhat high in mileage. He said if you don’t like it, don’t buy it! Which made me lower my guards because I was no longer talking to a salesperson, I was talking to someone who really cared! He then stated that he could put me in a brand new car with a lower interest rate, I responded there’s no way! I don’t know what he did except go to bat for me and he got a home run! I am a proud owner of a beautiful 2024 Ford escape. It was on me and my wife’s to do list to go off the lot with a brand new care- he made that happen. I was looking for a moderately-priced starter car for my daughter. The dealership had several to choose from. The test drive experience was hassle-free; I was able to take the car by myself without any salespeople with me. I was able to take the car to a mechanic of my choice for a pre-purchase inspection. I was not able to haggle as much as I would like but did get a couple hundred off the listed price. Smaller dealership but quality experience.

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Very professional and pleasant experience. Really like the 5 day / 30 day warranty periods and the no haggle pricing. We found a great used truck for my son. It was spotless. Another great benefit was holding the vehicle with $100 and the option to get a refund if we changed our mind. Allowed us to sleep on it and not lose the truck.

I bought the Crew trim. It is very comfortable inside and from out side it has a sporty look. Toyota Sienna and Honda Odyssey look kind of bulky. I suppose those who complain about Dodge Grand Caravan are looking at the base model which, yes, is not good from inside and it has not changed since I believe 2011. They should at least add a centre console. (I am sure you will increase your fans). But the upper models (SXT and up) are really good.

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

I was having trouble syncing my iPhone to the Apple car play on my Titan. Went to Nissan service there and Matt and Scott were absolutely outstanding. Although not being too familiar with that system, Matt patiently worked and worked the problem and found the solution. Matt and Scott know how to treat a customer right! This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

163014 miles on my pro master use it almost daily for about 4 years ! Gas tank is small I think it holds 21 gallons wish it was bigger . Very roomy in the back .

I bought this 2500 van I have found it to be a great Vehicle, the Power of the engine to the cabin controls, gas mileage is great for me haven't had long but plans on wearing it out or being my vehicle to drive.

The Honda Odyssey has held up well over the first 3 years I've owned it. It's quiet and comfortable with a good sound system. It can take corners almost as well as my high end sports cars. And, in V6 mode (not economy) it accelerates well. The only complaint is its accident avoidance system that slams on the brakes unnecessarily. If a car is a little too close behind, you may be rear ended. I liked the car so much, I bought a 2025 Honda Odyssey, too.
