I bought my 4th Mini last week from Seattle Mini. I wanted to trade in my manual for an automatic. Ben, my wonderful salesman showed me around the lot but nothing caught my eye. Then he said he thought there might be one up on the roof that just came in. It was PERFECT! A new color - ocean wave green. Ben was great. He had the car ready for me by the end of the day. It only had 9 miles on it! As I said, this is my 4th Mini - all from Seattle Mini. I come from Eastern Washington, so it’s a little more than 3 hours to get to there, but it’s well worth it to come to a Legitimate dealer. They know how to service your car and keep it running well. I really trust them. . . And I always have a good experience when I am there. Ben, Dan and all the people working at Seattle Mini are professional and just plain “nice” . I wouldn’t go any other place. I love my Mini….. zoom zoom ;^)

I love this van. It's like driving a space ship - very high visibility. I've had a recall on the side doors but Ford made it good. Be sure to keep up with the recalls. I wasn't aware of the side door recall since I bought it used so I paid out of my pocket for them - but Ford reimbursed me.

I've been getting all of the routine service on my 2016 Jeep Patriot done here since I bought it new (from a different dealership in a distant city) and have never been disappointed. Staff have all been great and have never had any issues. Free coffee while waiting and a decent waiting room too. They even have a cell phone charger in the waiting room, which I had to make use of on my most recent visit.

It took a while, but they change the oil and they rotated my tires. Very happy.

This vehicle drives like a car, has great visability, has great safety features and is very comfortable for a large family. If you are looking for something bigger than a caravan and don't want to lose on gas milage, check out a Sprinter! I love it!

I had a absolute pleasure working with Tuan while buying a new(used) car in mid-November. He is such a down to earth guy; willing to work with me on my wants and wishes. He helped ease all the anxiety going in and was so personable. We talked and hung out during the waiting process on the paperwork, he was so understanding; helped me set up the radio; got the car all washed up! Darcee is the finance manager. She is great; we had to go back and forth with paper wok due to some stuff. Which I'm sure was annoying; but she was always professional about it and kind! Have owned the 2018 Toyota Sienna Zoe since 2019 (used) and have put 55k miles on it. Currently at 99k miles and looking to drive for another 50k miles atleast. Great in every aspect including space, safety, comfort, sound insulation, efficiency. Have gone on road trips with three generations of family with no complaints. Not fun to drive but gets the job done - probably the only thing my Honda odyssey was better at, just replaced front brakes for the first time at 99k miles. Eats tires because it’s heavy - expect about 35-40k in primarily hot weather driving. Look forward to many more years of driving

Purchased new a month ago, very active weather since. Driven to NYC in snowstorm and over the mountains to Pittsburgh in ice storm. Handling and stability were awesome considering such a high profile vehicle. A lot of active safety and stability features. Interior appointments and infotech could be more up to date, but the basics (Bluetooth and USB) are there- acceptable as its mission as a cargo van. Plenty of payload and towing capacity for its size- quite maneuverable and serviceable with rear wheel drive. Low end torque for confident acceleration. Cloth seats with manual adjustments are comfortable, a lot of hard plastics-as expected in a work van. Got a good price, great trade in offer, and a low APR with MB Financial. MB is making a push to promote their truck lines in the USA with their new Charleston plant, they will give Ford a run for their money.

I had a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 (that I absolutely loved), but the lease was ending. Since that purchase, I have had two grandchildren, and though I could take them with me in the Ioniq, it was a tight squeeze (again, it was a GREAT car). I decided I needed something with more seating, which meant a three row SUV or a minivan. I was used to an all electric vehicle and wanted to get something that was at least hybrid. I honestly thought my days of a minivan were way behind me when my children got older so I was kind of dreading that option. The truth is I couldn't be happier. The mileage has been fantastic - I've been averaging about 50 mpg. Because the van is a plug-in hybrid, I drive a lot of local miles on all electric which helps immensely with the mileage. There is plenty of room for my kids (and their kids). Lots of places to plug in all of their devices. My wife's aunt told me that the back seats were incredibly comfortable as well. The only thing I wish it had were a few more amenities - but that is entirely my fault. I bought it used and picked up the first decently priced one I found. I should have waited a bit for one that was a bit more loaded, but again, that's on my, not the vehicle. The ride is incredibly smooth and the power is just fine for a minivan - obviously not what I was used to with the EV, but then I don't expect that. I'm enjoying driving in comfort and getting in and out is much more comfortable on my old back!
