I was looking for a used car that could tow my teardrop, but I couldn't find one that met all my specifications in Arizona. I decided to search on cars.com and found one at Lindsay Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Virginia. I contacted them and received a message right away from Ali AJ Elhage. He was very personable and sent me a video introducing himself and showing me the car. I was very impressed with his professionalism, and he answered all my questions about the car. I was willing to purchase the car, and have it shipped without seeing it in person, which was a first for me. AJ made the process very comfortable, and I trusted him completely as he walked me through each step of the process. We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

This review is specifically for Jessica Stagliano at Fitzgerald Toyota. She was GREAT. I ended up purchasing another vehicle, but she was the first (and one of the only) salespeople who could answer ever question about the car I test drove. She also provided MUCH more information than any of the male sales people I encountered. I am genuinely sorry I couldn't work with the car she had available.

Sales person was new but did the best she could- 5 stars. Finance, rush you through process and did not fully disclose the changes other than the added warranty package was cheaper than previously priced- 3 stars. Dealership online pricing is deceptive. They state significant savings from MSRP that includes freight/ship charges, then state 11K discount online which has freight/ship charges subtracted off (which really isn’t a discount) and put in very small font that discounted price does not include the $$$$ freight/ship charges. Very deceptive and I question legality of it. The overall price for the truck was as good as I could find. The deceptive mathematics they use in their advertising is something to watch out for.

Darius provided us with great customer service. We addressed a few minor cosmetic issues with the vehicle and he immediately took care of them. I will highly recommend Eastern Automotive Group to my friends and relatives looking to purchase a vehicle.

I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

This car meets every expectation. We could not ask for anything else. It is the Pacifica Limited. We would love the Carmel leather but black works just fine. Best feature from other vans is the flat stow and go. We can drive our two mobility scooters straight in.
