I was having trouble syncing my iPhone to the Apple car play on my Titan. Went to Nissan service there and Matt and Scott were absolutely outstanding. Although not being too familiar with that system, Matt patiently worked and worked the problem and found the solution. Matt and Scott know how to treat a customer right! This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

this may be a bit lengthy, but i think it’s important to give all of my opinion. i was looking for a 2015 or newer 1/2-ton full size pickup. they had several on their lot. i ended up with a 2019 ram 1500 classic big horn. i went here because they had a large variety of vehicles but specifically because they had the truck i wanted at the price i was looking to pay. i initially made contact with jesus, but finished with myron. they were both friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. a++ to both them and all of the staff i had contact with. i waited a couple weeks to write this review because i wanted time to see if any previously unidentified issues popped up with the vehicle and i can confidently say that it has run very well & i have had NO PROBLEMS with it. the pros: large selection of quality cars very easy to work with accommodating to my needs/requests above & beyond with cooperation and negotiation. no high pressure sales or multitudes of “add-ons” carfax included, plus they had a long history of maintenance records on the vehicle that they attached (prior to signing) the cons: beware of the “55 point inspection”. my mechanic found a few things that should have been caught during the inspection. so either they missed them or they didn’t consider them immediate enough to fix. (totally fair, i have no problem with that.). there was one not-quite-major-but-significant issue identified but we worked that out to my 100% satisfaction. (make sure you get an independent opinion on ANY used car you are looking to buy no matter where you get it. it’s a good practice.) the bottom line, aka tl;dr so would i buy another car from them in the future. yes, i absolutely would buy from them again. if you are looking for a good quality vehicle at a fair price, i recommend you at least go see what they have to offer.

Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

After finding a 2012 Mustang boss 302 online, I called the dealership to check about it. Nolan was incredibly helpful, thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. He sent me a video in which he tried to point out every flaw in the car. I can’t find anything that he missed. Based on the Carfax report, and Nolan‘s extremely helpful information, I flew to the Milford area to inspect the car and drove it home. I couldn’t be more pleased. Nolan represents the dealership well, and the dealership appears to be a great organization with carefully selected cars. It’s unlikely that I will travel from Phoenix AZ to Milford again to buy a car, unless they have something special that I feel I need. But if they do, I would go in a heartbeat. Terrific experience. And as an added plus, Nolan is a genuine car guy. That’s not common enough in car dealers. He knew the car, he knew the significance of the car, and he wasn’t pushing it. Great guy.

We have owned a 2022 Kia Carnival for 4 years and currently have 92,000+ miles on it. We purchased the vehicle new and we have been very happy with our choice. There is plenty of room for all passengers and cargo associated. The variable modes give a piece of mind when entering highway or when acceleration is needed. The ECO mode allows for great gas mileage on highway and in the city. The convenience of technology within reach of the driver without having to move hands away from the steering wheel makes for a safe ride. If I had to make any improvements it would be allowing for aftermarket top rails for cargo on the roof (which was currently only offered on the Prestige model), and decrease the highway road noise. This noise is far superior to other makes and models, however, does present a distraction when traveling long distances. Overall, a great choice in an alternative to a mini van. It allows for the convenience of a minivan with the power and accessibility of a crossover SUV.

I had Great Experience at Jake Sweeney Buick. I called and spoke to George Dirling to see if the vehicle I was looking at online was available. It was and I headed down from Columbus to the their dealership and was welcomed at the door by George who had the 2021 Buick Enclave Avenir washed and up front at the dealership. We took a test drive and came back and I decided it was the vehicle for me to replace my 2008 Buick that was totaled in a recent accident.. George gathered all the info to get the deal taken care of and Steve in finance went thru the payment info for the financing and service contract... They also assisted me to take the rental I was in down the street to the Enterprise Rental and I was able to turn it in there and save a trip back to the dealership. Later in the afternoon I was heading back to Columbus in my 2021 Buick. Still getting acclimated to all the options, and love the Adaptive Cruise driving back home.. We have had our Carnival for about 6 months. I love it!! It is my favorite car ever and I was a Ford Explorer fan before. It is so comfortable and rides like a dream. We can comfortably carry 8 adults with no problems. It has plenty of power and still gets 25-27 MPG around town. The seating configuration is amazing the way they lay down or come out. Being able to see the back while driving is a definite plus, carrying grand babies. And it even becomes its own WiFi spot! The warranty is unbeatable and the service is so good. Highly recommend!!!

I started driving in 1975 and I wish that this model was made back then! My little Transit XLT has the tinted windows all around and is converted into a "mini RV" complete with a bed that slides out to accommodate two full grown adults. Not only has this been a blessing on cross country trips but also on my daily runs. The cargo space is fantastic and the van sips gas...This has been one of my favorite vehicles I've owned in the 47 years I have driven.

terrible radio design, cannot toggle form am fm to sat radio, have to go thru all selections first, cannot go direct to bands. under powered, needs a large 6v turbo or a v8. armrests too narrow and too short for long trips. seat bottom too short, options too expensive and not enough packages. why is dark interior a high priced option, and not just a choice, needs led headlights, thicker front windshield got stone chips from small stones

We have six kids in this vehicle fits our family perfect. The gas mileage is better than you would expect. It definitely doesn’t ride like a luxury car. However why do you give up in some slight road noise you definitely make up for in convenience. It fits car seats well. And I’m 5 foot 11 and can easily move around inside.

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.
