We have only owned the vehicle for 3 days. But so far it seems like a great vehicle! Lots of room, comfortable, easy driving, lots of features including back up camera, passenger side cameras, and land departure warning system.

Second, how quickly Town and Country Ford responded to my inquiries and how Blake (Sales) answered my questions and walked me through the ordering process. I live in Northwestern FL and did not have second thoughts about ordering through Town and Country Ford in AL. Blake and the Ford Manufacturer kept me in the loop on the status of my truck every step of the way. Blake played a giant role in avoiding build delays by letting me know what accessories to order from the factory and which to complete after market. Zero delays on this truck build. Hollie from the Finance Department, was extremely professional and her level of service was amazing. She walked us through every step of the way on our final purchase payment. I have my truck and it is everything I wanted plus. Town and Country spent 30 - 45 minutes going over all of the functions of the truck and made sure I was comfortable before I departed the dealership. My experience purchasing a car from Brannon Honda was excellent. Hank guided me through the process and kept me informed of the steps my car took to be made and then travel to Birmingham. Hank took hours explaining the amazing things my new Honda Accord Hybrid Touring could do. There are so many there was no way to cover all but Hank told me that if I had any questions I could call him. I do not know about the service department but the extended warranty and extra services make this dealership one to do business with. I looked at the same model and trim package at another dealership and that made Brannon even more impressive. Brannon charges the sticker price suggested by Honda for the car while the other dealership wanted about $10,000 more. I would encourage anyone looking for a car to consider the Honda Accord Hybrid Touring, it is amazing, and to definitely buy it from Brannon and ask for Hank.

My family of 6 has had this van from coast to coast and it has been a dream, haven't had one problem. We keep it maintained from the dealership, no electrical or mechanical problems at all. Highly recomended

I started driving in 1975 and I wish that this model was made back then! My little Transit XLT has the tinted windows all around and is converted into a "mini RV" complete with a bed that slides out to accommodate two full grown adults. Not only has this been a blessing on cross country trips but also on my daily runs. The cargo space is fantastic and the van sips gas...This has been one of my favorite vehicles I've owned in the 47 years I have driven.

I do have a problem with the hood,because I have rust on the edges .I don't think I should have to worry about rust on the xxxx hood.

I loved dealing with this dealership, which says a lot as I hate dealing with car dealerships. I bought a 2023 Ford F-150. I dealt with Justin at Driver's Way. He was fantastic with explaining everything, making sure I had all the accessories that came with my truck, explaining the financing options, etc. This dealership had the best price on the truck with the options that I wanted anywhere around. Plus Justin showed me their "care" sheet which was everything that their dealership did with the vehicle after they got it, which even had included dent repairs, new tires, wiper blades, oil change, air filters, etc. They even helped me get a second key for the truck as it only came with one from the previous buyer. There was ZERO pressure to buy a more expensive model. They didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. They made sure I was aware of the available insurances and warranty plans and the actual cost of those plans. They also showed me interest rates from several financial institutions to make sure I got the best loan rate. I would absolutely buy another vehicle from here and deal with Justin again.

I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years,with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. The 2020 Odyssey has a smooth ride, comfortable attractive interior. The Magic seating system makes this van even more flexible for hauling loads of kids and family, while being able to quickly change to hauling lots of cargo.

Need the smallest cargo van for travel. The cargo area offers huge space and the acceleration and ride are fine. Lack of road noise (on decent roads) was a pleasant surprise. I wish there was a larger center console with closable storage. Appreciate that the battery is easily accessible and there is a full size spare. Plenty of light in the cargo area. Fun to drive
