I had no choice, my car of 20 years, which I bought brand new in 1999 was done. With so many websites ( I looked at several), I was not sure where to go. Then someone mentioned Car Max to me. I looked on line and saw a few cars I was interested in. The next weekend I drove to Colma to checked out and test drive a couple of cars. I decided to ask about Hybrids...you had 2. I test drove one of them and could not resist. I bought it. I was very impressed with the buying process. It was quick, easy and believe it or not relaxing since the sales person completed the paper work for me. Yes, I had to sign several sheets but that was a given. Something I was dreading for the past two years, was so surprisingly easy I couldn't believe it!!!

Michael Henry is an excellent salesman! He listened and worked hard to get me the car I was looking for.... of course I did my research to know what I was looking for .... and more importantly, he found the car at the price I was looking for! 5 stars to Michael! Make sure he’s the person you use to find you the right car for the right price! He was very patient, professional and mindful! I also appreciate the length Carmax agreed to go to to ensure I was satisfied with the Vehicle to fix needed repairs. I give them 3.5-4 stars for that. I did not like the loaner car that Service put me... it was not good to borer line okay.

Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

I was in need for a title as per the original one got lost in shipping, I called the business office and spoke to Bessie, I explained to her the situation and she said she will help me, but need more time to process it. Weeks later she called me to let me know that she got the title and she is sending it to me via FEDEX and gave me the tracking number, WOW thats a great service there. I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

Start to Finish was fast and easy. Jace the salesman was fast and knowledgeable and answered every and all questions that I asked. I bought this for my 18 year old daughter and we drove 4 hours from home to buy from Dan Cummins. When we pull in her vehicle was by the door with a bow on it. Finance ended up saving me over 60 dollars a month on the payment. Awesome experience. Another plus is that they have multiple dealerships as far as Chevy, Ford, Ram. Will definitely buy from Jace and Dan Cummins again.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.

In all my years (70 ) I have never had such a positive car buying experience. My sales person was amazing. He listened to me, was patient and did everything he could to find me a vehicle I would love. I was on a very tight budget and he worked with me showing me what was a possible vehicle I could buy. I fell in love with an Acura RDX and I thought I would not be able to buy it. The financing person was awesome. He jumped through hoops, went the extra miles to find me just what I needed to drive home in that car. AND it was right at the payment amount I could afford. They never tried to get me to add more to the down payment or sell me something cheaper I didn't like. I would recommend Key Acura to anyone looking for a great dealership with fabulous staff.

I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

I have a 2010 Dodge Journey SXT front wheel drive 3.5 V-6. I brought it in for an excessive oil useage problem.(2 Quarts between changes). I have been to 4 other shops before Bergstrom Kaukauna, who did not take care of the problem. When I called Bergstrom Kaukauna, to explain my issue, Morgan from service was very helpful, and recommended a bg engine cleaning product with my next oil change. This took care of the problem. I was so frustrated before going to Bergstrom Kaukauna, and talking to Morgan, I was ready to get rid of my Journey. Thank you Morgan, and thank you Bergstrom, you have gained a customer for life. After our truck being totaled, we began our search for a used truck and found our way to Lithia. We met Sales Representative Kevin Emhoff. This car meets every expectation. We could not ask for anything else. It is the Pacifica Limited. We would love the Carmel leather but black works just fine. Best feature from other vans is the flat stow and go. We can drive our two mobility scooters straight in.
