Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

The new truck was parked in lot when we pulled in. Salesman greeted us almost immediately. Truck was inspected by us and we test drove it. It?s perfect. Deal was almost too good to believe. Paperwork process was seamless. Highly recommend Northstar Chevrolet.

I bought a vehicle on their Chevrolet side and it was a blessing in disguise..I am from Ohio and the Ohio dealers are BEYOND GREED.. $1500 for FAKE PAINT SEALANT $900.00 dealer fees NO SUPPLIER PROGRAMS ALLOWED..pure greed???????????????????????? I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

2015 limited edition. purchased used in 2020. This is my 4th Toyota Van. 2 Previa's and 2nd Sienna. Obviously love the space, reliability, comfort and safety. Issues are: As noted in the Cars.com review, the engine is very noisy at highway speed and for some highway surfaces you may not even be able to carry a conversation with your partner sitting next to you! The Stereo isn't that great maybe due to excess outside noise or electronic interference. The Gas Door stuck closed on me. I had to pry it open, now it's loose and I have to be careful in pushing it back in place. Dealer was no help regarding a recall or warranty, and body shop was talking over $1000 to only do the paint work. I did have a fuel leak thru the rubber hose where it mates with the fuel tank that I noticed because I smelled fuel driving it from the dealer where purchased. So much for the 172 pt inspection! Problem was actually a metal rib which sits against the rubber hose and slicing thru, so I hammered the rib away from the area and put a new hose on and that fixed it. Go to the sienna forum for pictures. Also added a trailer hitch from etrailer for the occasional needs. V6 Engine itself has plenty of power and is trouble free. Overall, I love the ride, interior volume and reliability. All my garage tools are collecting dust because I don't get a chance to use them! You can put more in a minivan than in most trucks and close the rear door!

We purchased the 2014 sienna SE right off the show room floor. It’s very reliable. It sat a lot the first few years as we each hod our own cars. This was a wedding gift to each other. If it sits to long the battery drains easily. It’s comfortable and faster than some sports cars. lol 0-60 7.2 seconds. That’s muscle car territory from the 1960’s. Outside body integrity is only fair. We have 90,000 miles on it. It runs like new. It’s hard on brakes. Maybe it’s my driving style. It’s good in my opinion for 300.000 miles. The v-6 engine is one of Toyota’s best long running engines. Gas mileage on a road trip is 24-25 under 70 mph. In town 18-20.

I just bought a new Frontier from West Hills Nissan. Second one I've bought from them. Steven Fay was fantastic to work with. I had a couple specific requirements and he worked hard to find the right truck for me. Never pressured me to buy something that wasn't what I wanted. I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

We have owned this Sienna since 2008 when the 2009 was available. Currently we have 250,000 miles on it and we have had no costs except oil and tires until 2022! We live in Ohio and the body of this car looks new, except the front light covers. We hope to keep this car until 300,000 miles if not longer.

I bought a manual Honda Crv had nothing but good luck with it even though it had high miles. They went over the car to make sure that is was reliable and safe. No leaks and everything worked

This dealership has got to have the best customer service I have ever experienced. After looking for another Dodge Challenger after my first Challenger was totaled by a drunk driver last year and searching the web I found this beautiful 2018 Challenger T/A 392 and since I was about an hour away I decided just to drive there and look at it. Upon arriving I was greeted nicely by Jerrett and even though it was raining pretty good, we went outside and looked at the car. After I inspected it and seeing was in great condition, I asked what the cost was (after seeing and hearing about how other dealers were trying to get for popular cars but not here). We went back inside and after talking for a bit (and fixing one glitch, on me not these guys) I got a great deal and drove away very happy. Thanks Jerrett and Derrick and the entire staff. I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.
