Let me tell you I drive 150 miles one way 2 times to buy my 2016 Corvette from here. I would have drive back and forth 10 times over based on my awesome experiences here. I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

I do have a problem with the hood,because I have rust on the edges .I don't think I should have to worry about rust on the xxxx hood.

Just purchased another used Grand Caravan, this is the sixth one over past number of years, found it to be a very reliable and versatile vehicle. Always managed to get 300,000 Klm on each one, never had any major issues other then brakes and normal maintanence . Just purchased 2015 and in excellent condition given the year but is in Limp mode with code P1745 showing on meter. Just hoping it's under a recall , sure would like to get mobile again.

Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.

My maintenance was scheduled on Thursday, I showed up on Monday. The staff took care if the maintenance on my Trailblazer anyway, and provided shuttle service. OUTSTANDING!!!

Service was fine but didn't explain Repair Estimate attached to receipt. Said Diagnostic-Oil leak (Visual). Not sure if they saw oil or it was low or what.

I was looking for a new car and was looking at local dealerships. I knew several friends and family members who purchased from Pilson's so I figured I would give it a shot. I looked at their inventory online and found several cars I was interested in. There was one in particular. I went to take a look at it and met Nicole Jones a sales representative. She showed me my options in my budget. I was pretty nervous because I don't have the best credit and my current car I didn't think was worth very much. I had a bad car buying experience with my first car so I was pretty anxious about starting the process over again. Nicole made me feel comfortable every step of the way by thoroughly explaining everything. She had other customers in the store but never let me feel neglected. I worked with her all day and somehow with her magic, she got me approved for the car with monthly payments I could handle. It felt like she was a fairy godmother! An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

In all my experiences in buying vehicles (around 50 years) I never had a more accommodating and excellent experience than with Pilsen . My salesman was top notch knowledgeable in everything from finance to delivery. I purchased a 2011 Chevrolet HHR . What put these folks over the top was several days after purchase I had an issue with fuel leak being it was 4th of July holiday I couldn’t get it to them I live in Newton Illinois. So that being said a very reputable mechanic in town repaired it the bill was 416.00 dollars. Upon contacting Brian G . The salesman explaining the situation he talked with General manager they agreed to pay for repairs even though technically they weren’t liable . But did the right thing sent me a check for the repairs which I received several days later I was overwhelmed with appreciation. I am retired and live on fixed income so this was huge I can’t thank them enough. Ted Barnhart very happy customer

Purchased 2019 Crew Plus with 30k in July 2020. So far only complaint is the clunky UConnect system. Having owned 1988, 1995, 2000, and 2005 model years we have always found Caravans to be sensible, reliable, all round family centric vehicles. Could spend an extra $10k or more for a comparable Odyssey (Primary cars/bikes are Honda’s) or Sienna but personally do not seethe long term benefit. As with all vehicles maintenance is key.

I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

This is the greatest car I have ever laid my eyes upon. The interior, the color palette, and the sight of the car left me in awe. It even has apple car play.
