Overall the process went well. After making an appointment to look at a certain vehicle, I arrived at the dealership to find the vehicle sitting on the lot covered in dust with a dead battery. It took a couple of hours to get the battery replaced so that I could test drive the unit. It drove well, so I traded my old vehicle for it. After driving it home I realized the heated steering wheel was not working. The dealer was good in getting it repaired & delivered to me.

Three days later one of his drivers met me at an independent auto repair shop. They gave the car a clean bill of health. '98 still offered 4 convenient sedan doors instead of those cumbersome sliders. It is a standard width, like an Accord, so it is easy to park and manuever. The 3rd seat is easy to fold down for more cargo space and it is actually fairly comfortable. Middle seats pop forward to give easier access to the back. This year was the highpoint of Honda engineering-this van is elegant in that it is neither over nor under designed. Alas, the newer Odysseys are too big, just another cookie-cutter van like all the others on the market. Go vintage and get the best!

When I arrived, all of the salespeople were busy with other customers, however they allowed me to test drive the vehicle I was interested in and take it to lunch while the sale floor cleared. The purchasing process was excellent with all staff being accommodating, professional, and kind through the entire process. I like that their vehicles are priced right to begin with and that the process is streamlined in a way that does not waste time - other dealers tend to drag out the bottom line with many visits to the sales manager to work the best deal when they know at the onset if they can meet the bottom line deal.
