Salesman was not pushy. Very helpful. There were a few cosmetic issues with the vehicle, but they had just gotten it in and out did not concern me. The appearance of the dealership is very basic, but I think that is part of the reason they don't have a ton of fees. They were very transparent about everything.

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

My dad and I went here on Saturday to look at a couple trucks. They basically gave us the run of the place and left us alone while we inspected the trucks we were interested in. They offered to let us test drive any vehicle we wanted. Everyone here was super nice and they don't pressure you to buy. They still didn't pressure us to buy even after we had decided that we weren't going to purchase on Saturday yet. All of the trucks that I viewed here were rust free trucks.

I started driving in 1975 and I wish that this model was made back then! My little Transit XLT has the tinted windows all around and is converted into a "mini RV" complete with a bed that slides out to accommodate two full grown adults. Not only has this been a blessing on cross country trips but also on my daily runs. The cargo space is fantastic and the van sips gas...This has been one of my favorite vehicles I've owned in the 47 years I have driven.

I called about a 2014 Chevrolet Express G3500 LT 15 Passenger Van and right away felt comfortable with the phone conversation with Syed but still wants to see it in person before the purchase. Syed assured me that the Van besides some cosmetic issues runs and drives fine. I flew in to OHare and was picked up by Palash who was friendly and courteous. I was greeted at the Dealership by a nice young lady Maria and Brian showed me the Van and went on a test drive with me. I fell in love with the Van and I told Syed that the scratches on the Van were over described. It was better than what I expected and I quickly wrapped up the deal. I drove home the same day and made it back to WY without any issues and had it for a while now and still have not spend a penny on it. We have had our Carnival for about 6 months. I love it!! It is my favorite car ever and I was a Ford Explorer fan before. It is so comfortable and rides like a dream. We can comfortably carry 8 adults with no problems. It has plenty of power and still gets 25-27 MPG around town. The seating configuration is amazing the way they lay down or come out. Being able to see the back while driving is a definite plus, carrying grand babies. And it even becomes its own WiFi spot! The warranty is unbeatable and the service is so good. Highly recommend!!!

This is a surprisingly great vehicle to drive. The plastic trim parts are poorly executed and rattle, but it can't be beat for drivability. It's also much cheaper to service than my prior Mercedes Sprinter

We have owned a 2022 Kia Carnival for 4 years and currently have 92,000+ miles on it. We purchased the vehicle new and we have been very happy with our choice. There is plenty of room for all passengers and cargo associated. The variable modes give a piece of mind when entering highway or when acceleration is needed. The ECO mode allows for great gas mileage on highway and in the city. The convenience of technology within reach of the driver without having to move hands away from the steering wheel makes for a safe ride. If I had to make any improvements it would be allowing for aftermarket top rails for cargo on the roof (which was currently only offered on the Prestige model), and decrease the highway road noise. This noise is far superior to other makes and models, however, does present a distraction when traveling long distances. Overall, a great choice in an alternative to a mini van. It allows for the convenience of a minivan with the power and accessibility of a crossover SUV.

I have enjoyed this car very much. It has 105000 miles and hasn't given me any problems. This is my fourth Chrysler van. The first one got 300,00 miles before I junked it. It was still running very good, but it was over 20 years old.

I've owned a 2010 Transit Connect since 2014 and it has been the best vehicle I've owned. I use it for work and haul a lot of movie production gear in it. Most of the time it stays half full and I drive it that way. It's been reliable and only needed standard maintenance, except for the transmission. I knew the transmission was a weak link when I bought it at 94,000 mis. It bit the dust at 120,000 mis. I had a rebuilt one installed and was assured that it'll be good for another 120,000 mis. I'm at 160,000 and it is still going strong.

This vehicle is very fun to drive for a commercial service vehicle. It is very sharp and handles very well. We love the cameras for backing up and parking. 360 degree view around the vehicle. This will be much safer than our RAM.

Well it fits all 7 members of my family. Has pretty good gas mileage. It is comfortable and doesn't take 3 years to get up to 35-40 miles per hour.
