My husband and I purchased a GMC Acadia from Veenus back in February, and we were nothing short of pleased with our experience. Tarik was an excellent salesman, answering all questions we had about the vehicle as well as talking us through finance options. The waiting area was comfortable, with free snacks and drinks, and suckers which my 3 year old appreciated! We are in love with our car, which was used but looked brand new due to the work and care that they put into the vehicle ahead of time. The manager was extremely friendly and took the time to speak with us about any concerns or questions we had about the buying process. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would return again and recommend others to this dealership!

It is highly utilitarian, no frills. Highy efficient fuel wise. Semi automatic transmission annoyed me at first but actually works extremely well. Only relibility problem was bad battery ground connector cam lock. It caused lots of problems.

Great , honest people to deal with. No pressure to purchase anything. Jerry (salesman) was very pleasant and helpful. Quick transaction. Will always check with this dealer when I am ready to buy a vehicle again.

Excellent Service! Our initial contact was with Dustin but we also worked with Jason as the deal progressed. Extremely responsive and timely. We asked for their best out the door price and they didn't hesitate to give us a price well below the website asking price and frankly told us that was the best they could do. We felt it was great price for the vehicle in question and that sealed the deal. We purchased long-distance, living in WI so we were purchasing without a test drive or in person inspection, but the vehicle is flawless and was well represented. The final purchase took a few weeks to send paperwork back and forth and secure financing but we had the time. Isaac's even coordinated a transport service to get the vehicle to us. Overall it has been an easy process and Dustin and Jason have been patient and very responsive to all our questions. We obviously don't live in the area but I would highly recommend Isaac's to anyone in the area or considering a purchase, even if long-distant! Thank you!

Was recommended by a friend that worked there. Went in not expecting to buy anything that day. The process was so simple and the staff especially the owner was very polite and helpful. Absolutely no pressure at all had an issue with the vehicle a day or so later they told me to bring it in and they took care of it no questions asked. Falls City Motorsports- owner and company- are great. I did not stop in to buy a car, rather my (mature) Honda Civic, was beeping and not stopping,(FYI -this is, I am afraid, a fact with older model Hondas). I pulled into the parking area, Jeff and company got up, came outside, told me how to stop it. This has 2X happened before, and FCM are the ONLY folks to tell me what to do...and NOT charge. I can only imagine if I ever buy a luxury car, I will visit FCM first.

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

This is a surprisingly great vehicle to drive. The plastic trim parts are poorly executed and rattle, but it can't be beat for drivability. It's also much cheaper to service than my prior Mercedes Sprinter

Good little van for maintenance work. Wont haul all my tools, but enough to get most jobs done, including a 5x10 trailer on the back with no issues.

He stayed late while I worked through a slow decision process so I wouldn't have to make another long trip back to the dealership. I got a nice car at a good price. he handled everything with grace and professionalism.

This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

Mike Brady (the owner) and Chris Clark (salesman) were VERY professional and personable. They were informative but not pushy. The only reason I did not buy from them is that I couldn't get my wife back to do a test drive before the vehicle sold. They even offered for me to drive the car to her (across town) but I refused... My loss. I think Brady Automotive is a hidden gem in the Louisville area.
