No pressure from Malakai the Manager, who is also calm and relaxed. He was willing to listen and make adjustments. Even signing the paperwork was easy as typically this is the time my stomach aches and my heart goes 0- 120 in one second.

The dealership was easy to work with. We agreed on a price for the car, and my trade-in, over the phone. I spent less than an hour in the dealership completing paperwork. The vehicle I bought has been great.

Just purchased another used Grand Caravan, this is the sixth one over past number of years, found it to be a very reliable and versatile vehicle. Always managed to get 300,000 Klm on each one, never had any major issues other then brakes and normal maintanence . Just purchased 2015 and in excellent condition given the year but is in Limp mode with code P1745 showing on meter. Just hoping it's under a recall , sure would like to get mobile again.

Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

I found the customer service to be very helpful and easy to work with. Since I was looking at used Toyota Tacoma trucks, I realized that the used Toyota truck market to be more speedy than I first thought. In fact my wife sort of got sticker shock. All said, I'm feeling quite overwhelmed by the number of used Tacoma's out there. I wonder where the new unsold 2024's are. At this writing, I'm also open to the extra cab 4x4 Rangers. I recently purchased a 2023 Ford F-150, and my experience has been incredible so far. After driving it for about 2,000 miles, I am very pleased with my decision. Although I wasn't fully organized that day with my documents and payment method, the team at Pierre Ford of Lynwood made the buying process easy, fair, and seamless. I also considered refinancing my loan with my bank to see if I could secure a better interest rate. However, I found that the terms were quite similar to what I originally had, so I decided to stick with my initial financing since there wasn't much difference. I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

Bought the 2021 EX-L model end of 2023 with 21,000 miles. I test drive the Sienna and was very disappointed in every aspect which led me to the Oddessy which I had not previously considered. One test drive and I was sold. The amount of space for my three kids to sit comfortably, the ample trunk space, the magic slide seats, automatic sliding doors & heated seats with a sunroof are among my favorite things about this minivan. It's fun to drive and has plenty of power with its 280hp. As long as you have proper snow tires in snowy conditions, this FWD minivan will do just fine. I had no issues in squalls and other winter conditions. I took my snow tires off prematurely and got caught in a winter storm and hit a guard rail and my whole family was safe and sound with no injuries. It has since been repaired back to its original condition. Keep your winter tires on til late Spring to be safe. I will absolutely drive this thing til the wheels fall off and then I'll buy another. Thank you Honda for keeping the Oddessy in your lineup! I hope it never goes away.

The 3.3 liter V6 is under powered especially if you carry six passengers. Had to replace a catalytic converter at 132,000 miles code po420 bank 2. a disappointment. The engine is basically a Camry engine. Toyota should of put a larger displacement engine in this van.

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

The sales guy that helped me out was great (thanks Sal!). I was pretty decided on what I wanted so skipped the whole “finding a car” process. Called in advance and when I got there it was pulled up out front for me to test drive. Sal was friendly and offered water and they had snacks which was great for my 8 year old (it would be cool if there was a TV or some kid legos or magazines or something but not a big deal, he had his tablet). Manager that helped out towards the end of the process was great as well, very helpful and kind. Waited a few days to give a review just to make sure everything went ok, and the car is indeed holding up just fine (2019 jeep compass). There is a small problem with the headlights that I’m sure wouldn’t have been noticed by them (took me three days of driving to notice it myself) where they won’t turn off and fog lights don’t turn on, but for buying a used car that’s to be expected. Reached out about the headlights today to see if there’s anything they would be able to help with, while not obligated to help at all by any means, a different place I bought my last car from was able to help when I experienced tire problems 2 days after buying a car from them, so worth a shot. I’ll update the review on how it goes with the headlight, but so far I’d highly recommend em!

This van has not been sold in the US since 2003, but its legend lives on. It is highly in demand in parts of New England and the Pacific Northwest with an active enthusiast community, and it's best for road trips or hauling large items. The back folds down comfortably to a bed, and you can even keep the folding table out and level with a little adjustment. You could literally live in this car, as long as you had a place to use the bathroom. The thoughtful, efficient, and practical German design of this vehicle continues to make this van functional with minimal upkeep for probably 300K or 400K miles and maybe 30 years, as even older versions of this van (e.g. Little Miss Sunshine van) are still on the road. It was an oil change, scheduled an appointment same day, done on time, regular price around $80, nice complimentary $10 car wash and good customer service except it is very annoying to be bothered with tons of emails and text , How did we do it? Please rate how many stars and all that, in my book if customers satisfied they will keep coming back ( which I do already)and they don?t need to be reminded all the time to give a feedback. Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.
