My name is keven Owens and I wrote a review about two weeks ago about the service that was provided to me and my wife Debra by this dealership and I may have wrote that review in haste. The company actually was very good to us and bent some rules to accommodate us in purchasing a vehicle from them. Also they, without seeing this vehicle in person made repairs that they didn't have to on our behalf. The staff WAS very patient and caring. I was having a bad day when I wrote that review two weeks ago and I am recinding that last review. Thank you!

A little top heavy but very spacious and comfortable on the inside. It is much nicer than some other 12 passenger vans. Fits its our family needs

This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

I bought my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan used in 2017. I’ve got 130,000 miles on it now and I’m still overall very pleased. This is my 4th Dodge/Chrysler minivan in the last 20+ years. I am kind of tired of driving a minivan but don’t know if I could give them up! This van has so many pros and very few cons. First, price is lower than other makes of minivans. Front and middle rows very comfortable on long trips. Good visibility from front and middle rows. I love that it has 2 separate glove boxes. Tons of cup holders! Adequate cargo area behind 3rd row seats. The stow and go feature is awesome. With second and third row seats folded down and hidden underneath the floor, you’ve got a huge open space to haul stuff. Almost like having a pickup truck except no one asks you to borrow it to move! Lol. It’s easy to get in and out of even if you have mobility problems. Drives and handles well. I don’t think we’ve ever had it in the shop. Never broken down on us. I’ve had this van since 2017 and no problems EVER until this summer. The radio quit working. We replaced it, and after a few weeks, the second one quit. Going to have it looked at soon. Also, the wipers have always worked poorly. Even after replacing them a few times with premium wipers, they still seem to “drag”, and are kind of “bumpy” is the only way I can describe it. My husband has to warn me before he turns them on, because they are so loud at first that they startle me very badly. Very irritating. When there’s a heavy rain they work fairly quietly and smoothly.

We went in for service for our 2017 Chevy Silverado Pickup Truck and came home with a 2024 Chevy Silverado Pickup Truck!! Win Win all the way!!

I purchased a new Chevy Colorado. The salesman was John Zvosecz. This was a great experience. There wasn't any high pressure. I took the truck for a test drive and that sold me. John showed me how all of the controls work. After I purchased the truck he took me to the gas station and filled the tank. That cost $75.00. Very Happy

My biggest peeve is the tailgate isn’t powered. Ordered the top of the line mr Model sight unseen because my dealership didn’t carry them. I wanted all the bells and whistles. Powered lift gate isn’t an option. It is painful to my injured spine to lift it and manually move the rear seats. The grandkids love the 3rd seat and I love the storage space behind it. I have made a Sam’s run for the month and able to pack everything behind the 3rd seat. The inside is great for human comfort but not for shopping or I should say storing packages. To be honest, my front seats are ALL THE WAY back. I have plenty of room and that’s a lot. I don’t like being close to the steering wheel in case of an accident. I wish the slots for charging my devices weren’t so close to the driver’s cup holder. It’s too easy for liquids to Spill in them. The only other item I wish was different is I miss a hard copy manual. There are options I still don’t know how to use. My GPS is not updated because of that. I like the van. My grandkids and dogs like it. Tomorrow I will get up, remove the two blankets I have protecting them floors and spend hours vacuuming the dog hair out the fabric on the back of the seats and floors. I have leather seats but there’s still Too much surface that holds onto my Husky’s and Belgian Shepherd’s ‘Glitter’. I do have to double check my doors are locked when I leave them in the car with the AC running. I have to use the remote because the double tap of the horn alert is deceiving. It doesn’t mean the door is locked. I do appreciate how easy it is to unlock the car without having the remote in my hand. All in all, it served the reasons I purchased it. I do wish I had paid the extra money for the Sprinter. But it would not have fit in my garage nor my budget.

I needed a new work vehicle immediatly. The Transit Connect filled my needs. A no frills work vehicle. Comfortable, with outstanding gas mileage. more suited for my work than a previously owned E-150 cargo van.

Researching ways of trading in my husbands 22 Colorado (owned) and my 22 traverse LT (leased) for two months. Went to my dealer who gave me a number I wasn’t happy with so I looked at Ken Ganley Kia and Serpentini Chevy. Both were terrible experiences. The original number my dealer gave me at the start of research was better than Kia so I called him to lock in that amount but it changed and basically matched what Kia tried to give me. Wahlburg called and asked if I’d want to come in that evening. The guys at Wahlburg in Avon were incredible. I told them what my vehicles were worth and not a dollar less and told them the number I wanted a month and nothing higher. I was anxious and frustrated assuming they’d say the same stuff the others did but that wasn’t the case. Kia ppl mansplained things to me a lot but at Wahlburg I received none of that. I didn’t feel pushed into anything, I was able to get the deal and the car I wanted. They definitely made out with our vehicles and will make a nice profit but I also feel I’ve been given a good deal. The other places were offering far less, not budging on price and wanted me to pay a ridiculous monthly. Over all I had a great experience with this dealership! I’ll continue to go through them as long as they keep up the great customer service.

Its excellent for familys with kids!! u can remove the whole middle row too. Super comfy, love the 2nd row captains chairs. the tv is a life saver, and i would super recommend this! im a dad of 5 so its perfect. I only am rating this bcs i love odysseys and the seller is super nice. Have actually 2 odysseys at home!

Great dealer. Located vehicle on cars.com after selecting the year, make, model, ideal mileage and was able to find a good deal with Brunswick automart. The original car we had inquired about sold before we had the chance to look at it, but we were able to find another one that we loved even more! Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

I was greeted by Justin Stinaff, he is always cheerful and welcoming. Great experience from the start. The technician Brian Binegar was knowledgeable and fast on the recall and oil change. My car was washed, another pleasant BONUS. Below does not give me option to select the tech who performed the work, Brian Binegar also gets 5 stars

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

We had an amazing experience all the around at Valley Motors City. They really made you feel right at home and made shopping for a car enjoyable! Our salesperson, was Gary, and he truly went beyond the call of duty for us! He was nice, kind and very accommodating as well as knowledgeable! We would totally tell any of our friends not only to go there for their next vehicle, though we would let them know they would be in good hands with everyone that works there. Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.
