Started online searches. Saw vehicle, and reached out to dealership. Salesperson Dawn Edsall was great. Did not crowd, or bulldozer herself upon us. Told which vehicle and the process started. Dawn was very informative, and patient with us. Great test drive…very relaxed, no pressure. Back to dealership for getting deal together. Dawn again was totally amazing with her skilled knowledge of the process. The deal reached was fair to us and the dealership. This wasn’t my first car, and the wait time to finish the paperwork was way better than other dealerships in the past. I will have them perform all service work in future. all the staff was nice, and helpful.

Tim and his staff are top notch. You can tell they really care about their customers needs. They went out of their way to find me the car I wanted at a price I could afford. This was my 4th vehicle from them and I will definitely be back.

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

Outstanding customer service, everything was done over phone prior to visiting the dealership. The loan was worked out over phone and the trade in estimate as well. I bought this 2500 van I have found it to be a great Vehicle, the Power of the engine to the cabin controls, gas mileage is great for me haven't had long but plans on wearing it out or being my vehicle to drive.

Bought my T&C 2014 used in 2016 with 110K miles or maybe less. I still have my T&C in great condition. I thought of exchanging it for the new Pacifica. But, no comperising to the T&C, roomy, comfort seats and smooth ride. Yes, you got to maintain the car in order to function great. No major, issues and I'll keep it until gives it's all. I have driving it to LV, San Diego, Santa Barbara and still going. ❤️ my T&C

My experience with Sarah Evans and Doug Henry was awesome! They gave me a good deal on a great car. Even though they sold me a dirty car (inside joke) I would recommend these guys to anyone.

No coffee in the showroom...I need coffee in the AM. But...a ride to get some was wonderful and like family. I appreciate the willingness of Sarah, Ross, and Brad to go above and beyond the call of duty to look after this gray haired old lady. I felt safe and secure that I was getting what I wanted and they made the way easy for me. It was worth the plane ticket to go to Greenville and to experience Doug Henry. The Honda Odyssey has held up well over the first 3 years I've owned it. It's quiet and comfortable with a good sound system. It can take corners almost as well as my high end sports cars. And, in V6 mode (not economy) it accelerates well. The only complaint is its accident avoidance system that slams on the brakes unnecessarily. If a car is a little too close behind, you may be rear ended. I liked the car so much, I bought a 2025 Honda Odyssey, too.

After driving my Pacifica Pinnacle for more than a year I must confess it is the best vehicle I have ever owned. The power and feel of this on the road is amazing and both interior and exterior has gotten so much compliments. Not to mention the fantastic gas savings running around town in EV.

I so much like my sienna 1999 model but of recent it pulls to one side (Left) when i match my brake. Also can i use big nylon to cover the body because of dust.

This truck is great, especially if you're doing a lot of driving! It's comfortable and has all the features that a normal car would, but it's a work truck!

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

Great car we got the Pacifica limited. Enjoy all the extras on the van. Just wish the windshield was tinted. We constantly have to use the visors to help with the brightness outside
