I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

I am cancelling my earlier low rated review on issues with the dealership, they were resolved and I purchased a new csr from joseph. Still have issues with kia and CNA warranty. I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

The time to complete the oil change and tire rotation was done in the time frame promised. I was pleased with service provided by the service department.

We have a large family with 9 children. This van is perfect for our needs. The styling is nice for a large van and it is very comfortable to drive especially on long trips.

I came in looking for a car not entirely knowing what I wanted, a nice young man named Ryan Stoll helped find exactly what I didn’t know I was looking for. Such a knowledgeable man.

Great little van for commercial use. The only drawbacks is only one armrest for the driver and not passenger seat, no cruise control on the commercial model and the A/C Fan does not have a high air flow on face and feet mode. The spare tire does not come with and can be added for an extra fee. Great Van otherwise.

I worked with Johnny on getting my new Malibu, and I love this car. I came in and they weren't pushy on anything, and assisted me with what I already knew I wanted. They also got me an AMAZING financing deal. Furthermore, I was trading in 2 cars, and the owner drove me home to get the other car to bring back in the morning and finish the deal. I cannot recommend this dealership enough. Even the salesman that I didn't work with were awesome to me. I will recommend everyone to buy from Reichard, and I will only buy from them from now on.

I do have a problem with the hood,because I have rust on the edges .I don't think I should have to worry about rust on the xxxx hood.

Just purchased another used Grand Caravan, this is the sixth one over past number of years, found it to be a very reliable and versatile vehicle. Always managed to get 300,000 Klm on each one, never had any major issues other then brakes and normal maintanence . Just purchased 2015 and in excellent condition given the year but is in Limp mode with code P1745 showing on meter. Just hoping it's under a recall , sure would like to get mobile again.

If you are to purchase a new Express 1500, make sure it's AWD. I don't think the 2015 Chevy comes in AWD, so go for the Savanna GMC.

Great reliable cars. Bought mine at over 150k miles and it still runs like a champ. Car had been maintained regularly by the previous owner which is what is necessary to prolong its life and I intend to continue doing the same.

I can not thank Shawn Levi enough. We had an issue with filing a claim for gap insurance, I called and spoke with Shawn he walked me through the whole process I ended up coming into the dealership after getting some bad information from where we got the loan from. Shawn went above and beyond and was able to get everything resolved even though it had nothing to do with him or the dealership. Truly the definition of amazing customer service. We have liked the Toyota Sienna so much, this is the 2nd one we purchased and each one we owned and never experienced any out of the ordinary problems. Great family vehicle.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

The sliding doors stop locking and are very expensive to fix; otherwise, our Town and Country Touring van has provided a safecand very comfortable ride.

163014 miles on my pro master use it almost daily for about 4 years ! Gas tank is small I think it holds 21 gallons wish it was bigger . Very roomy in the back .

I bought the Crew trim. It is very comfortable inside and from out side it has a sporty look. Toyota Sienna and Honda Odyssey look kind of bulky. I suppose those who complain about Dodge Grand Caravan are looking at the base model which, yes, is not good from inside and it has not changed since I believe 2011. They should at least add a centre console. (I am sure you will increase your fans). But the upper models (SXT and up) are really good.
