This vehicle has been extremely reliable and fits my needs for hauling lots of cargo and pulling a utility trailer. The engine has great power and the interior comfort if excellent. It make long trips very comfortable. It is the main reason why we purchased a second Sienna, 2021 XLE AWD.

I love my Odyssey! It is so comfortable, the seat is larger than any of the new cars, it comes out to the back of my knees, and I am 5'6", i know that's a strange thing to like, but its important to me. I also like how versatile it is with the e3rd row seats folding into the floor, or makes the well deep enough for storage! Half or the whole way across! Best car I have ever owned!

The Sienna is a great vehicle for trips. Hauls people and everything in comfort. Has lots of safety features and is very reliable. Better looking than the new Toyota models.

I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years,with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. The 2020 Odyssey has a smooth ride, comfortable attractive interior. The Magic seating system makes this van even more flexible for hauling loads of kids and family, while being able to quickly change to hauling lots of cargo.

All I can say is thank you for the no pressure transaction… super great communication thru the entire process. I was hesitant to purchase a car out of state but they made the process easy to understand and painless.

I purchased my 15 passenger for my daycare and it was a phenomenal vehicle. The kids loved going in field trips and it was the perfect size for all of us with a couple added parents. I would recommend this vehicle!

I stopped by Carface Auto Sales and got to test drive a few cars ask all my questions and really take my time before finding the perfect car for my family. Nathan was super friendly, and genuinely helpful, he walked us through everything with so much patience and made the whole process feel easy. While we were finishing the paperwork they took the car to get it cleaned up, and topped off all the fluids so it was ready to drive home. I also liked that they offer a warranty option, it definitely gives some peace of mind. The prices were fair and they were honest about the cars history. Purchased 2019 Crew Plus with 30k in July 2020. So far only complaint is the clunky UConnect system. Having owned 1988, 1995, 2000, and 2005 model years we have always found Caravans to be sensible, reliable, all round family centric vehicles. Could spend an extra $10k or more for a comparable Odyssey (Primary cars/bikes are Honda’s) or Sienna but personally do not seethe long term benefit. As with all vehicles maintenance is key.

Staff was super helpful and accommodating since we were an out of town purchaser. They were very responsive and had the vehicle waiting for us when we picked it up.

We have six kids in this vehicle fits our family perfect. The gas mileage is better than you would expect. It definitely doesn’t ride like a luxury car. However why do you give up in some slight road noise you definitely make up for in convenience. It fits car seats well. And I’m 5 foot 11 and can easily move around inside.

Just purchased another used Grand Caravan, this is the sixth one over past number of years, found it to be a very reliable and versatile vehicle. Always managed to get 300,000 Klm on each one, never had any major issues other then brakes and normal maintanence . Just purchased 2015 and in excellent condition given the year but is in Limp mode with code P1745 showing on meter. Just hoping it's under a recall , sure would like to get mobile again.

Myles the sales person was very helpful he bent over backwards to help us find a truck he was very knowledgeable and very patient with us. Glen came out and spoke with us and gave us the pros and cons of buying a new truck or used we decided on the new truck and thanks to the finance guy.

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.
