There was absolutely NO pressure from him...he took his time with us and answered all of our questions. There is nothing worse than looking for a new car, going into a car dealership and feeling the intense pressure from the sales representative, and there was none of that. I have a 2019 Atlas. This car is amazing and mind you I can't kill it. My car has 188,000 miles on it. The drive is smooth and very reliable. It has the room to fit all 5 of my kiddos perfectly and enough room in the trunk to even fit a wonderfold wagon with all the seats up. I highly recommend if you want a good SUV with a lot of room in it

My atlas has been an excellent car to me. Other than the poor quality factory tires I have had 0 issues. I tow a 4,500lb Coleman with my atlas with minimal stress. It's truly impressive. Most comfortable SUV I could have while still getting 22 MPG when getting groceries.

The Jack Daniels dealership has been extremely helpful! I explained to them my exact needs and they did exactly that! I went in on the 23rd of August and had my car by the 24th their service is amazing and very fast and very accommodating to your personal needs and wants. Personally, I sat with Scott and he was one of the most helpful people I've ever met so thank you to him and to Jack Daniel's for being an amazing dealership!

I went there this morning and was told a part has to be ordered from Germany which could take two weeks. I explained I was going out of town and may not be able to pick up my car if it does take two weeks. I received an email from you which says if I don’t pick up the car 24 hours after repair I can be charged $50 a day. I immediately called and told them I cannot afford that. I am a senior citizen Who is on a fixed income. When I called I was told the fee would be waived if I do have to leave it there. I would like to have this in writing just in case my car has to be left. Please expedite this so it is not an issue and I can have my car back before I leave town. Thank you Donna Bergin

I have been shopping around for a vehicle and the level of comfort I felt stepping foot into this place of business was absolutely remarkable.
