I went to Faulkner Volkswagen when I saw a VW Taos on the website that I loved and Angie went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get me into the car with everything I could have ever wanted in it. She was knowledgeable, caring, friendly and SO compassionate. She made me feel welcome as soon as I walked into the building. Everyone at the Volkswagen dealership even down to working with the finance gentleman was seamless and everyone was so friendly and willing to help.

Only have it six months, bought it spur of the moment! my wife thought i was crazy! I owned Many cars and have a few now this is a good SUV 30 Thousand less than the Audi Q 7 but made the same , only inside and outside different.

Our 24 Atlas SEL rline premium is more than we expected. The fuel efficiency and premium comfort makes this actually a great value with how expensive some of the other cars are.

He was very helpful and Jason was also great when it came to the finance part of it. I would definitely recommend this dealer.

They got back to me very quickly when I inquired about a Buick Enclave that they had. They were willing to send pictures and answer any questions I may have. My one downside was after the initial conversation, they never got back with me or asked to set up a test drive.

I had a fantastic experience buying a used TDI from this dealership. Karen, my salesperson, was extremely helpful and customer centric. She even came back into the dealership to close the deal later that same night. This dealership also was the only that I found that replaced items such as brakes, battery, wipers and tires knowing that these TDIs sat for several months in a lot during the manufacturer buyback. I highly recommend buying from them. It too no more than 15 mins when I returned to ink the deal. Fantastic!
