I will ONLY use this dealer to buy and to repair. When I recently returned for service, I learned tat the service technician who I had developed a rapport with moved out of state. Of course I was concerned. I should not have worried!!! My new service technician, MJ, picked right up where Josh left off. In fact, after I picked up my car, I text MJ with a concern and within hours, I received a call and a remedy to my advantage. I was sooooo appreciative!

Our 24 Atlas SEL rline premium is more than we expected. The fuel efficiency and premium comfort makes this actually a great value with how expensive some of the other cars are.

If you go here, talk to Henry! He is a no bs guy that won't try to talk you into anything you don't want. You tell him what you want and thats what he goes off of. He is extremely personable and a pleasure to talk to. Even though I had issues(with my bank, not the dealership) he didn't walk away like I was wasting his time, he was very patient and got the deal done. Thank you Henry!

I came in to explore options on my expiring lease. David was upfront from the beginning. He fairly presented our options and was honest in which deal made the most sense, despite the fact he was not going to personally benefit.

One of the best car buying experiences I've had though it took awhile. My salesman, David Cooper, was delightful. Personable, kind, and not the usual kind of car salesman I've dealt with. The service department at Volkswagen of Wesley Chapel is amazing. I took my car in and saw Zach. He was very nice. They analyzed the problem. It was an axle issue. Zach said to come back Friday. We wanted a corolla hatchback and wasnt sure whether to choose an se model or xse model. Lufan explained to me thoroughly the differerences and the benefits. I was sold on the xse because it was fully loaded and has my favourite feature which is wireless charger!. I recommend this dealership 100%!!
