Used 2024 Volkswagen Atlas for sale near Wayne, IL

This is the third Atlas that I have purchased from City Volkswagen of Chicago. Sales Ray Cotto has been awesome from the time I walked in the door. We developed a friendship for being authentic with each other. Ray greets you with a smile as if he's known me for years. He really took care of me and made sure all my needs and concerns were met. He goes above and beyond for you. Also the General Manager Tim was fantastic in completing the deal. I highly recommend this dealership.

Our 24 Atlas SEL rline premium is more than we expected. The fuel efficiency and premium comfort makes this actually a great value with how expensive some of the other cars are.

Only have it six months, bought it spur of the moment! my wife thought i was crazy! I owned Many cars and have a few now this is a good SUV 30 Thousand less than the Audi Q 7 but made the same , only inside and outside different.

Great showroom. Friendly, no pushy sales feeling. Ken, the service manager, took good care of me because a sales person wasn't available. Then Seth, who was there on his day off, did a great job at assessing the situation and asked if I'd like him to help me. Probably the easiest sale of his career, but hey! He was great. I wanted quick in / out service and I got it. I really got what I wanted and more! FANTASTIC service program. Really sealed the deal.

2019 Jetta was towed in got a flat tire. The car was already brought in by 7:30 AM. Quick, fast service.

New car purchase with a trade in. Pleasant. While initial trade in number was 5K under my number, I made it clear I was comfortable walking away and we got to my number eventually. Do research before hand, and have options outside. I had a couple of brands I would have been happy with. Car buying is a negotiation. I am walking away knowing they made some $ of me but satisfied with what I spent. Team was friendly and helpful. Some of the usual sale stall stuff of "let me check the numbers" where they let you sit and wait, that they all do, but when I shared my time table 15 more minutes or I'm out, we got it done. Test drive solo with gift cards is nice touch. I started the day thinking Lexus, walked out on them when they lied about seats folding all the way down, and ended up with a car with more features, closer to what I originally was looking for, at a substantially lower cost. It was a good day!

I worked with Dave and Trevor on my new QX60. After an initial questionable experience I was able to meet Dave. He is extremely good at what he does and any car dealer should know that he is the very best at his trade. I would recommend Dave for a promotion but I believe he is the top dog there already. Great guy all around! Trevor delivered our car and another great guy. Just a 5 star experience from these guys.

My wife and I considered a lot of dealerships to buy from but I always kept going back and searching their website and reaching out to the VW team because of the friendliness, the quick response to my questions and the understanding of letting the customer take their time to decide. I had such a great experience at the Volkswagen dealership! From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and welcoming. Juan was the first to assist me, and he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He later transitioned me to Alex, and let me tell you—Alex was phenomenal! He walked me through everything with patience and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. There was also a young lady who helped explain everything clearly (I wish I remembered her name!)—she was amazing too. On top of that, the General Manager, Tim, even came out to introduce himself to us the very first time we stopped by just to look.
