After speaking with Charles Wicks and reviewing my options online, I went to Heritage Volkswagen still not sure if I would make a purchase. Once I arrived and sat down with Melissa Cole, I knew I was purchasing a new car that day, which I did. The process took a little longer than I had hoped for, but in the end we got a good deal. They were busier than we expected they would be. Marvin was great.
