Kenan greeted us when we walked in and was amazing throughout our whole purchase. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped thr buying process go smoothly. Bought a new Tiguan and everything went pretty smoothly. Didn’t have to do a ton of negotiation the sales person was very nice and was knowledgeable about the car. Got some additional perks on the car.

I went in for an oil change and spark plug replacement. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was provided with a loaner car while my car was being serviced. Alex Harter went above and beyond to assist me with this entire process. She was very friendly, helpful, and exhibited excellent communication and support. Alex is a primary reason why I continue to get my car serviced at this location.
