Walfred Perez worked his butt off to ensure we were given the best deal for our trade-ins and kept in mind our inherent needs for a new vehicle. We had never before shopped at a VW dealership nor did we know much about the selections, but he gave us the entire rundown and allowed us to test drive as much as we wanted to ensure we were making the best decision for our family. He is such a great person to work with, and even worked on his days off. Couldn't have asked for a better salesman! What a great purchasing experience. So much so that I'm writing my first review. My husband and I live in Miami. We tried our local dealers but, they did not meet our needs. We found Schumacher of WPB on google and met Jared. His attention to detail, knowledge and trying to get us the best deal was amazing. AJ in Finance was super helpful and knowledgeable. This is the first time buying a car where I did not feel like I was getting over charged. Overall best experience and looking forward to being repeat customers. The long drive was totally worth it. We left having peace of mind which is so valuable these days!

Excellent dealership with great people working there. I would like to give a special mention to Bryan Olivares. Bryan is a great guy, I was going to make my way to the dealership to get my new car but had no way of getting there other than waiting in prime time for a taxi. He called me and said he would come and pick me up, no problem. That's what I call great customer service and looking after your customers, as he did not have to do that. He also sorted out the registration and the licensing for me on the car. I appreciate that and the service I received. Also a mention for Dennis, I believe he is one the the managers and Alex in the service department. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Thank you all and thank you Brian.
