The dealership was very helpful and in finding a decent vehicle that fits my individual need with what I can afford. It is a Christian based location and the employee were all willing to help me. They were patient and aren't the kind of place who try's to get over on anyone. They helped me with coverage and warranty. I'd like to make a shout out to Erick who certainly works there. This has helped my credit improve already and it's only been 3 months which I am so grateful for... They also helped me with affordable monthly payments based of my hourly wages and by weekly pay... Then when you think you'll spend over for vehicle service, you don't. They provide Uber as well if you don't have a ride while your car is taken care of... They will guide you every step of the way and throw every process. They will even help you with being approved 😀!!! I have never worked there and I've never bought a car from a dealership before. I've always paid in full for my used vehicle because I didn't want debit worries. So this is my personal experience and I am grateful 🥲🙏!!! I was in search of my first SUV, I?ve always driven Toyotas but wanted to make a change to VW and look for an SUV. Ihor helped me and he was amazing, I didn?t feel pressured into anything I didn?t need and he gave me so much information, knew everything about everything. He was honest and wanted to genuinely help me find the right car for me. I?ll definitely be returning to him in the future for myself and when my wife is ready for their next car

I've been working with Cary and Jesse at Mankato Motors for several years now. There is zero pressure, and the staff advocate for the buyer. If you're not completely satisfied with the entire car buying process they will go above and beyond to ensure you are. It's a completely different car buying experience at Mankato motors!

Follow up repair of accident damage. Took a while to get the insurance company to authorize payment. Service writer Jordan was slowed down by privacy rules. Eventually got repairs done.

The lease on our car was up and a friend recommended Suntrup in South County. Since we were up that way we decided to check it out and were greeted by Zach Seiler at the door and we’re pleasantly surprised by his knowledge, patience, and low pressure salesmanship. In a relatively short time we were transferring items from our old car into our new 2021 Volkswagen Jetta-which we really did not plan to purchase that day.
