This is the best car dealership experience that I have ever had, we were attended by David as our sales man, he was very professional, he took his time and explained and answered all our questions in the best manner, we were complicated customer and David was able to addressed all our concerns, he print out all the paper work professionally, explained us all the fees, package options, LeaveVsFinance pricing and much more, its really nice to see all these numbers printed for sure!! This dealership is honoring MSRP and internet prices! (Not like some others around in the area which are asking overprice). Our finance guy was George, very professional as well, he addressed our all concerns and we were able to get a great interest rate!!! There wasn't any pression at all from our finance and sales guy which is great. We purchased a VW atlas crossport and we are very happy with the car, This dealership is also including a 20 year 200k Miles powertrain warranty for free!!! I have just bought my third certified vehicle from Coastal. Evan is super nice and no pressure. He got me in a low mileage Jetta in 2 hours. I was able to drive home in my (new to me )vehicle. Kudos to Greg, the numbers man. He gave me a very fair trade in and explained the warranty process.

The oil change was efficient. In terms of getting me in there at pretty much last minute, they accomodated me and got me in earlier than expected. Did not like the fact that they had no record of me being there before despite the fact that I purchased my last car there in 2013 and had all of my service performed there. But overall, good service.

Seen for regular service. Team found a nail in the tire. Went above and beyond to get us back on the road with a new tire in time for an important appointment.

Amazing service done by kind people. After having my last car ownership experience go so poorly I’m happy my car is being serviced at Kelly VW! I was shopping for a new Volkswagen online and came across a 2024 Tiguan SE at Wellesley Volkswagen. Eric Tonkonogy was our salesman and he let me know that the Tiguan that I was interested in had sold earlier that day. However, they had a 2023 Tiguan SEL R-Line with low mileage that hadn't gone online yet. Eric took us out for a test drive and told us all about the additional features. After going over the pricing, I wanted to go home and think about it and he didn't pressure me at all. I decided to purchase it the next day and made arrangements. On the day of the sale the SUV was ready and Eli helped me with all the financing. I would've given this review five stars, but upon pick up my husband noticed some knicks on the rear bumper that wasn't disclosed to us, plus an item was forgotten about and I had to drive back to the dealership today to get it. Other than those two those two things, everything was great.

The service department at Kelly Volkswagen is outstanding! None more so than Rachel DaSilva… She is exceptionally efficient, professional, and friendly. There is never any guessing or surprises. Highly recommended!
