Used Volkswagen Atlas 3.6L SE w/Technology for sale near Tustin, CA

Great car! Overpaid a bit; but, bought top of the line with only 23k miles. Loved it and didn't want to dicker over price. Rudes well. Acceleration is good. Roomy, spacious passenger cabin and cargo bay. Amazing technology. I recommend this vehicle highly. Take a serious look at this one. You wont be disappointed.

I have a 2019 Atlas. This car is amazing and mind you I can't kill it. My car has 188,000 miles on it. The drive is smooth and very reliable. It has the room to fit all 5 of my kiddos perfectly and enough room in the trunk to even fit a wonderfold wagon with all the seats up. I highly recommend if you want a good SUV with a lot of room in it

I purchased a used Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG from the Carmax in Costa Mesa, CA about a month ago. I started out by calling the Carmax and reaching a sales agent. She worked with me by setting aside the car so that I could fly down to pick it up. She picked me up from the airport about 15 miles away from their dealership. When I saw the car, I found some minor cosmetic issues with the car and Carmax assured me that they would repair them at my local Carmax in Roseville, CA. I will be writing a review about that Carmax as well. They issued me a form stating repairs to be done at my local dealership. I informed the salesperson that I would be pushing the car a bit and she was fine with it. After the test drive, the car seemed to be in great condition, so we headed in for the paperwork. The appearance inside of the dealership building did not convey a welcoming feeling though. It felt like a warehouse with desks in it. The people within the building were nice and friendly though. The paperwork was pretty quick as I already had a loan check from the credit union. It took about 30 minutes and then I was on my way. Overall, I would say the experience was positive.

My Grandmother loves her new Atlas 2.0T, its also easy to get in and out of for Her and Gramps, and great mpg with the 2.0T, and power is very plenty for a tiny engine

Always a pleasant experience with Beto in the service department. He is always helpful and understands the urgency when it comes to a truck down in the service department. Also has been super helpful on my personal Jeep vehicle. Have tried 2 other local dealerships and service I get here does not compare. Thank you Beto for the help.

Overall I'm satisfying with the car I have no issue till now the car is running 55,000 mile over, still I don't have any major problem. The space is huge inside that car that is more satisfying even if you sit in the third row and adult person can sit comfortably.

I bought a 2004 Pilot a month ago here. My salesman, Tim, knew exactly which loan to submit me for because I had no job and bad credit but a big down payment. He had me financed with no problem in minutes. A few days before I went to Carmax Burbank for a different car but with the same down payment and the saleswoman there did not do the same thing. The car was purchased in 2 hours and I was driving home. I bought the warranty tey offer which is a great bumper to bumper extended through their company. They have a 5 day return policy. I opted to return my car on day 4 to pay for the warranty in cash so as not to finance it at the very high interest rate I bought the car at. The return was also easy and everything was done in less than an hour. A month later now, I have found a few things wrong with this 2004 that seemed to have slipped past their extensive reconditioning program. I took it in with odd complaints a dealer would normally say they couldn't duplicate. They addressed them all and even gave me a loaner SUV for my babies to fit in while I waited the few days for the parts to arrive. GREAT STORE! Great customer service! And there's a play room for the kids! *Avoid the coffee!! It is terrible!!!

Love the size and room. Even the third row is roomy enough for 2 adults with headroom. Comfortable ride with good visibility. I’m enjoying the Atlas SE with v6 and 4 motion

A lot of the negative reviews on this place are a bit silly. In my experience from this past weekend, if you listen to the salesperson who you are assigned, bring all the documents requested, make appointments, and come fully prepared, you will have an excellent experience just as I did. I placed a 7-day hold on the exact car I wanted, and made an appointment to come test drive it and apply for financing a few days later. I spoke with my salesperson, Jerry Neyland, a few times on the phone before coming in, and he always had the answers I needed. He advised me on what documentation to bring with me, and when I arrived for my test drive appointment Jerry has the car ready for me. We took a quick test drive, I fell in love with the car, and we started the financing application. Since I brought everything we'd need, it was a BREEZE! In total, I was maybe at CarMax for 2 hours maximum. I had been stressing over it all week, only to find out it was all so, so simple. Jerry's customer service is second to none--he was friendly, quick, and understanding. He kept me informed every step of the way, and not once did I feel he was putting pressure on me or trying to "sell" me on anything. CarMax Buena Park gets 5 out of 5 stars for me, and Jerry Neyland gets 6 out of 5 stars! Overall an excellent experience in every regard.

It’s a great car for a family. I have 2 toddlers, and the extra room is awesome. I love this care more than my 2020 Kia Sorento by far.

My atlas has been an excellent car to me. Other than the poor quality factory tires I have had 0 issues. I tow a 4,500lb Coleman with my atlas with minimal stress. It's truly impressive. Most comfortable SUV I could have while still getting 22 MPG when getting groceries.

VERY HAPPY with the car except for the embarrassing horn LOL and the fact that the car is smarter than I am technologically speaking. I'm learning new options all the time.

This is my 2nd VW. My 1st was a 02 passat I bought in 2013. It was the most reliable car I ever owned. It has 230000 miles and still runs great! This Atlas takes things to a whole different level. The look, performance and features are world-class! The only knock I would have is the mpg is average at best. Only 20mpg on average. But overall it is a great vehicle for the price. The SEL trim is fully loaded. Whatever feature you could imagine, it has it. I hope to enjoy this vehicle for years to come.

This was undoubtedly the BEST car buying experience I have ever had in my life! Working with Ron was absolutely a blessing, and I would do it all over again tomorrow if I had to. From my first contact with the dealership by phone to driving away from the lot, I have nothing but positive feelings and memories. The professionalism here is outstanding. I have never met a kinder, more patient, salesperson than Ron. I worked on a car deal with him over the phone and through text for over a week. He was extremely responsive, thorough, communicative, and NEVER ONCE made me feel like I was bothering him. He answered every single question I had (some more than once!) and even did an over the phone tour of the vehicle with me since I was 4+ hours away. Everything he told me about the vehicle was true. There were no hidden surprises, no hidden fees, and when it comes to buying a car -- that is hard to believe.The price that was given to me over the phone is exactly the price I paid when at the dealership. The vehicle was clean, had a full tank of gas, and I cannot say how happy and pleased I am with the whole experience. Speaking of "clean" quickly - the dealership is pristine. The lot is clean and organized, inside is fresh, clean, and inviting. I was amazed at how spotless the place was, but the best part was the huge TV with the NBA playoff game on :) Gave me something to do in between signing and waiting for my car to be detailed and gassed up. There was one minor hiccup in the process towards the very end when dealing with the financial part and banks being closed on Sunday. While I started to panic a little, Ron and his team were calm and understanding. They helped me explore every possible option to ensure I took my vehicle home as soon as possible. At the end of it all, and thanks to the hard work and flexibility of the sales team and management, I was able to drive home with my new car. I would recommend this car dealership to anyone looking for a car, and if I had the opportunity, I would love to do business with them again. I want to start off with the compassion this place has for the customers. I never once felt pressured for anything when being here and talking with the sales reps. I had the pleasure of doing business with Rami. He took things at my pace, was very understanding and I felt tried his hardest to get me into the car I so desperately wanted. He kept me updated on the car and walked me through each step making sure I was comfortable and answering my questions to reassure me of what was going on. Then came the gorgeous Vanessa who emailed me during the week to make sure my dream car was still available. When I went into the dealership she introduced herself and sat to talk to me even though I was working with Rami. She was very nice and also made my experience that much better. She honestly cared and I could tell by how passionately she spoke to me and could see it in her eyes. Last came Argenis who tried his hardest to get me the best deal I could handle.
