Great car! Overpaid a bit; but, bought top of the line with only 23k miles. Loved it and didn't want to dicker over price. Rudes well. Acceleration is good. Roomy, spacious passenger cabin and cargo bay. Amazing technology. I recommend this vehicle highly. Take a serious look at this one. You wont be disappointed.

This is my 2nd VW. My 1st was a 02 passat I bought in 2013. It was the most reliable car I ever owned. It has 230000 miles and still runs great! This Atlas takes things to a whole different level. The look, performance and features are world-class! The only knock I would have is the mpg is average at best. Only 20mpg on average. But overall it is a great vehicle for the price. The SEL trim is fully loaded. Whatever feature you could imagine, it has it. I hope to enjoy this vehicle for years to come.

My Grandmother loves her new Atlas 2.0T, its also easy to get in and out of for Her and Gramps, and great mpg with the 2.0T, and power is very plenty for a tiny engine

I have had my Altas for over 4 years and I keep on falling in love with it each and very day. Extremely comfortable space and overall a perfect size SUV for a family of 5. We have had and continue to have amazing long road trips with this beauty and we will carry the memories we continue to make in our heart for the rest of our lives.

Mastria provided immediate and professional responses to my inquiry. However, it is almost always the case that, when reaching out to dealership, you often hear back from at least 2-4 different people, often from different departments, and that can be a bit frustrating and overwhelming. This was the case with Mastria and it made take a step back.

Overall I'm satisfying with the car I have no issue till now the car is running 55,000 mile over, still I don't have any major problem. The space is huge inside that car that is more satisfying even if you sit in the third row and adult person can sit comfortably.

I have a 2019 Atlas. This car is amazing and mind you I can't kill it. My car has 188,000 miles on it. The drive is smooth and very reliable. It has the room to fit all 5 of my kiddos perfectly and enough room in the trunk to even fit a wonderfold wagon with all the seats up. I highly recommend if you want a good SUV with a lot of room in it

My atlas has been an excellent car to me. Other than the poor quality factory tires I have had 0 issues. I tow a 4,500lb Coleman with my atlas with minimal stress. It's truly impressive. Most comfortable SUV I could have while still getting 22 MPG when getting groceries.

Even though IMOTO also keeps about 80 cars on their physical lot in Walpole, the real advantage is the huge online selection that changes daily. If you don’t win the auction or the car goes past your budget, you can simply try again the next day with a new option. I’ll admit I was skeptical about wiring money and just waiting for a car to show up. Some online reviews raised similar concerns, so I voiced this to my salesperson, Jordan. To my surprise, the CEO, Philip, personally called me to explain the process and address my concerns. I read lots of complaints about this VW atlas specially interior being plasticky bla bla. Other cars' interiors too are made of plastics. but hey if you want more Luxury; well better buy the Lamborghini Urus :) . I still having fun with my used 2018 VW Atlas Execline. No problem at all. Some minor repairs but not a big deal. car is a car; every car has issues to deal with. I love my atlas bc its very roomy. my passenger has lots of leg room even on the 3rd row is very comfy for like 3-5 hr drive. We live in Central part of Canada so expect harsh winter weather. VW Atlas is perfect especially during winter "snow" mode is the best! During snow storm driving this VW atlas feels easy and relax. Heated seats and steering wheel included. I recommended this VW atlas to a friend and he's been happy and liking it too. so far so good.

We sold the Tiguan and got the Atlas. It's so much more bang for your buck in the Atlas. We're averaging 27 mpg in the Atlas; we were only getting 29 in the Tiguan. The Atlas rides much smoother and the room is huge!!!

I walked into Minuteman VW as I would any other dealership: having a very good idea of what I am looking for and knowing a lot about the car (performance, history, trim levels, features, etc). When I spoke with Eric, it was very reassuring to have a salesperson who was as informed and knowledgeable about the car as I was (in many ways more than me). It always makes me feel a little uneasy to know more about something than the person whom is supposed to be selling me product and this certainly was not the case with Eric. As a sales manager, Timmy was very personable and approachable and did not try to wrap me up in gimmicks or nonsense. Although I would have liked to have gotten a better deal on the car, I did not walk out of the dealership feeling as though I had been hosed and feel like I got a fair deal on a nice car. Being that I live in RI and in addition to the recent COVID restrictions, it has been a bit of a process to get the car registered and delivered. Timmy has vowed to deal with RIDMV on my behalf. I have been told, and have no reason to believe otherwise, that the hold-up in regards to delivery of the new CPO vehicle (going on 2 weeks) is due to the DMV's painfully slow process. Overall, I am satisfied with this dealership and would certainly recommend them.
