This is our second Jeep from Poulin. Our salesman, John Riordan is a great guy to deal with. The service department is excellent to deal with and is a big reason we came back for our second Jeep from Poulin. I would highly recommend Poulin.

Only have it six months, bought it spur of the moment! my wife thought i was crazy! I owned Many cars and have a few now this is a good SUV 30 Thousand less than the Audi Q 7 but made the same , only inside and outside different.

My girlfriend recently came here from Brazil. She needed a very dependable car. At other places, language barrier and trying to finance was an issue. Not at AutoMax! Pablo (and team) were awesome. They have people that speak fluent Portuguese (and of course English), so it was very easy to communicate, and for her to tell them what she wanted. They have an awesome selection of cars, and while she was in Marlborough, she actually found one at their Attleboro business. Pablo personally drove her down there, and they were already waiting for her to show up when she arrived. She drove the car, loved it, and without even asking, told her what specific things there were going to take care of (brakes, tires, a couple scratches). They did a great job financing, and showed her specifically what the terms were, and what she'd be paying. She picked up the car at the Marlborogh location, all registered, insurance taken care of, and cleaned up and ready! I can't thank Pablo and AutoMax enough for taking care of her!

Great car! Overpaid a bit; but, bought top of the line with only 23k miles. Loved it and didn't want to dicker over price. Rudes well. Acceleration is good. Roomy, spacious passenger cabin and cargo bay. Amazing technology. I recommend this vehicle highly. Take a serious look at this one. You wont be disappointed.

Overall I'm satisfying with the car I have no issue till now the car is running 55,000 mile over, still I don't have any major problem. The space is huge inside that car that is more satisfying even if you sit in the third row and adult person can sit comfortably.

Our 24 Atlas SEL rline premium is more than we expected. The fuel efficiency and premium comfort makes this actually a great value with how expensive some of the other cars are.

I read lots of complaints about this VW atlas specially interior being plasticky bla bla. Other cars' interiors too are made of plastics. but hey if you want more Luxury; well better buy the Lamborghini Urus :) . I still having fun with my used 2018 VW Atlas Execline. No problem at all. Some minor repairs but not a big deal. car is a car; every car has issues to deal with. I love my atlas bc its very roomy. my passenger has lots of leg room even on the 3rd row is very comfy for like 3-5 hr drive. We live in Central part of Canada so expect harsh winter weather. VW Atlas is perfect especially during winter "snow" mode is the best! During snow storm driving this VW atlas feels easy and relax. Heated seats and steering wheel included. I recommended this VW atlas to a friend and he's been happy and liking it too. so far so good.

Found the car I wanted at cars.com, and was referred to Tim by their internet sales manager. He was great. Knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. John in finance was also wonderful to work with, without the hard sell on lots of ad-ons. (He did sell me a couple of things after explaining well why they were a good idea, told me not to bother with a bunch of others...) Wonderful experience all around!

Was told up front how minimal the 30000 mile maintenance would be. Planned for an early drop off and told them I wouldn't need the car until the afternoon at earliest. Was only about 45 minutes until they told me the vehicle was ready. Very happy with my service visit.

My Grandmother loves her new Atlas 2.0T, its also easy to get in and out of for Her and Gramps, and great mpg with the 2.0T, and power is very plenty for a tiny engine

The Atlas is an awesome vehicle. Cool style, space and performance. I drive it in the city and also on trips. Great fuel range, love all the driving support it has.

We sold the Tiguan and got the Atlas. It's so much more bang for your buck in the Atlas. We're averaging 27 mpg in the Atlas; we were only getting 29 in the Tiguan. The Atlas rides much smoother and the room is huge!!!

I have a 2019 Atlas. This car is amazing and mind you I can't kill it. My car has 188,000 miles on it. The drive is smooth and very reliable. It has the room to fit all 5 of my kiddos perfectly and enough room in the trunk to even fit a wonderfold wagon with all the seats up. I highly recommend if you want a good SUV with a lot of room in it

This car is a wonder. With the rear camera., blind spot warning and lane assist i feel so safe. The cabin is spacious and not confining. Although I haven't had to use the 3d seat I am confident it is roomy and comfortable. Happy I bought it.

My atlas has been an excellent car to me. Other than the poor quality factory tires I have had 0 issues. I tow a 4,500lb Coleman with my atlas with minimal stress. It's truly impressive. Most comfortable SUV I could have while still getting 22 MPG when getting groceries.

On November 25, 2023, my husband and I visited Ron Bouchard Kia with the intention of replacing his 8-year-old car with a new Kia Sorento. Being our first time at the dealership, we were uncertain about what to expect. Fortunately, we were warmly greeted by Jackie, who proved to be exceptional! She patiently walked us through the car's features, addressing all our questions with clarity and enthusiasm. Jackie presented us with various options from their inventory, and even offered to arrange swaps with other dealerships if we couldn't find our preferred car on-site. Importantly, she assisted us without exerting undue pressure to finalize the sale. After test driving the car and falling in love with it, we returned to the dealership. Jackie seamlessly guided us through the documentation process, and we proceeded to speak with the Finance Manager regarding leasing options. The deal we reached left us satisfied. Despite spending the entire afternoon at the dealership, we didn't realize we were the last customers in the store. Jackie patiently waited for us to complete the paperwork with the Finance Manager before bidding us farewell. Two days later, my husband returned to the dealership and returned home with our new car. Overall, the entire transaction was remarkably straightforward. I was pleasantly surprised by the warm reception and the ease of doing business. I walked into Minuteman VW as I would any other dealership: having a very good idea of what I am looking for and knowing a lot about the car (performance, history, trim levels, features, etc). When I spoke with Eric, it was very reassuring to have a salesperson who was as informed and knowledgeable about the car as I was (in many ways more than me). It always makes me feel a little uneasy to know more about something than the person whom is supposed to be selling me product and this certainly was not the case with Eric. As a sales manager, Timmy was very personable and approachable and did not try to wrap me up in gimmicks or nonsense. Although I would have liked to have gotten a better deal on the car, I did not walk out of the dealership feeling as though I had been hosed and feel like I got a fair deal on a nice car. Being that I live in RI and in addition to the recent COVID restrictions, it has been a bit of a process to get the car registered and delivered. Timmy has vowed to deal with RIDMV on my behalf. I have been told, and have no reason to believe otherwise, that the hold-up in regards to delivery of the new CPO vehicle (going on 2 weeks) is due to the DMV's painfully slow process. Overall, I am satisfied with this dealership and would certainly recommend them.
