Overall I'm satisfying with the car I have no issue till now the car is running 55,000 mile over, still I don't have any major problem. The space is huge inside that car that is more satisfying even if you sit in the third row and adult person can sit comfortably.

I have a 2019 Atlas. This car is amazing and mind you I can't kill it. My car has 188,000 miles on it. The drive is smooth and very reliable. It has the room to fit all 5 of my kiddos perfectly and enough room in the trunk to even fit a wonderfold wagon with all the seats up. I highly recommend if you want a good SUV with a lot of room in it

This is my 2nd VW. My 1st was a 02 passat I bought in 2013. It was the most reliable car I ever owned. It has 230000 miles and still runs great! This Atlas takes things to a whole different level. The look, performance and features are world-class! The only knock I would have is the mpg is average at best. Only 20mpg on average. But overall it is a great vehicle for the price. The SEL trim is fully loaded. Whatever feature you could imagine, it has it. I hope to enjoy this vehicle for years to come.

My experience was good. However, because the used car was not a Volkswagen, the salesperson did not know a lot of details about the Audi I purchased.

Only have it six months, bought it spur of the moment! my wife thought i was crazy! I owned Many cars and have a few now this is a good SUV 30 Thousand less than the Audi Q 7 but made the same , only inside and outside different.

I had the best experience buying a 2025 Nissan Frontier this week. My sales person was Eddie Florence and my finance person was Robert Barrow. First, let me say I was very pleased to see such a multi-ethnic staff at Safford. I feel it's a very genuine reflection of the Northern Virginia region. Eddie warmly greeted me a few minutes after I entered the showroom and asked how he might be able to assist. Eddie's best attribute is that he is a "people person" and is able to work with many different personality types - as my girlfriend and I are polar opposites, but he was able to talk to both of us with ease, warmth and kindness - which lasted throughout the entire process. Eddie is tall, and had to sit sideways in the back row of the Frontier while on the test drive, but didn't complain one bit. He took everything in stride. He answered a million questions from both my girlfriend and me, without ever tiring or getting irritated. He was always attentive, kind, knowledgeable and committed to our satisfaction. I CANNOT say enough about this exceptional salesman. He is a pleasure to work with and by the end, we felt a business transaction turned into a friendship. Robert got us through the financing end of things quickly and stayed well past 9 p.m. to accommodate us. He has deep knowledge of not only the finance department, but sales and the auto industry as a whole given his years in the industry. My atlas has been an excellent car to me. Other than the poor quality factory tires I have had 0 issues. I tow a 4,500lb Coleman with my atlas with minimal stress. It's truly impressive. Most comfortable SUV I could have while still getting 22 MPG when getting groceries.

In October 2020 I purchased my 2020 Ford Explorer ST at Koons Sterling Ford and have loved every minute of driving it. I've had it in for regular maintenance and recalls at the dealership but just recently on September 26, 2025, I had my best experience when I brought my Explorer in for a new battery. I had the pleasure of having Bradley Cadenas as my service rep and was very impressed with his professionalism and his outstanding product knowledge regarding my Ford Explorer. I wasn't aware of the FordPass reward points I had accumulated, and Bradley was very helpful in helping me manage these and applying them towards the cost of the new battery and related service work. I felt like I got the "red carpet" treatment and look forward to working with Bradley in the future--he is a credit to the dealership and particularly to the service department. My Grandmother loves her new Atlas 2.0T, its also easy to get in and out of for Her and Gramps, and great mpg with the 2.0T, and power is very plenty for a tiny engine

I contacted this dealership through e mails and had some questions as to the truck I was looking at and the salesmen Bryce Do answered all of them in a timely fashion. About five days later I drove up from Richmond ( 85 miles) to look at the truck and Bryce worked with me, so I left with a new ( used) truck that day. Good job
