My experience was positive and shorter than most people who buy vehicles at most dealerships

I read lots of complaints about this VW atlas specially interior being plasticky bla bla. Other cars' interiors too are made of plastics. but hey if you want more Luxury; well better buy the Lamborghini Urus :) . I still having fun with my used 2018 VW Atlas Execline. No problem at all. Some minor repairs but not a big deal. car is a car; every car has issues to deal with. I love my atlas bc its very roomy. my passenger has lots of leg room even on the 3rd row is very comfy for like 3-5 hr drive. We live in Central part of Canada so expect harsh winter weather. VW Atlas is perfect especially during winter "snow" mode is the best! During snow storm driving this VW atlas feels easy and relax. Heated seats and steering wheel included. I recommended this VW atlas to a friend and he's been happy and liking it too. so far so good.

Great place while waiting and accommodating staff. Will still be choosing the same dealership in the future if possible.

Great car! Overpaid a bit; but, bought top of the line with only 23k miles. Loved it and didn't want to dicker over price. Rudes well. Acceleration is good. Roomy, spacious passenger cabin and cargo bay. Amazing technology. I recommend this vehicle highly. Take a serious look at this one. You wont be disappointed.

Shawn McMahan is an awesome person. I came into the dealership twice looking for a car. My first visit was unsuccessful because I did not have the down payment. Shawn was incredibly understanding with my situation and tried very hard to get the lowest down payment possible. Once I found the car, I told him that I would be back in a few weeks with the down payment. He touched base with me once, but wasn't pushy and seemed genuinely concerned about my situation. On my second stop in, again, it seemed that the odds were against me. He went above and beyond to insure that I left with a car. I would HIGHLY recommend him to any of my family members and friends. We sold the Tiguan and got the Atlas. It's so much more bang for your buck in the Atlas. We're averaging 27 mpg in the Atlas; we were only getting 29 in the Tiguan. The Atlas rides much smoother and the room is huge!!!

This car is a wonder. With the rear camera., blind spot warning and lane assist i feel so safe. The cabin is spacious and not confining. Although I haven't had to use the 3d seat I am confident it is roomy and comfortable. Happy I bought it.

Service department personnel are always so efficient, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Everything always seems to run. So smoothly. I?m a fan! The new car sales department was great too, but I didn?t visit them this time .

I am enjoying the Atlas thus far; the only issue that I’ve had so far is with the Bluetooth. I got it serviced and it’s been working well again.

Overall I'm satisfying with the car I have no issue till now the car is running 55,000 mile over, still I don't have any major problem. The space is huge inside that car that is more satisfying even if you sit in the third row and adult person can sit comfortably.

They’re good at what they do. They low-balled me big time on my trade in but I was able to talk them up to something I could live with. They also worked with me on some extra touch ups my wife and I wanted done to scratches on the passenger door. Overall, a pleasant experience. Izzy was a great salesman and Anya in finance is great! My truck was priced nicely and it was too good of a deal to pass on so I’m quite satisfied overall.

I was getting a oil change at the VW dealership, The Atlas had just hit the sales floor. I saw her she saw me it was love at first site ! I took her home 2 months later she has bought much joy to my life. So roomy and rides so smooth. My GF has a Cadillac xt5 but wants to drive my car most of the time. My Atlas is much larger and rides better than he Caddy. She say her next car will be a atlas ...... BTW my Atlas cost about $18,000.00 than her Little Cadillac ,,, lol Put some Joy in your drive way and buy a Atlas.

VERY HAPPY with the car except for the embarrassing horn LOL and the fact that the car is smarter than I am technologically speaking. I'm learning new options all the time.

This is my 2nd VW. My 1st was a 02 passat I bought in 2013. It was the most reliable car I ever owned. It has 230000 miles and still runs great! This Atlas takes things to a whole different level. The look, performance and features are world-class! The only knock I would have is the mpg is average at best. Only 20mpg on average. But overall it is a great vehicle for the price. The SEL trim is fully loaded. Whatever feature you could imagine, it has it. I hope to enjoy this vehicle for years to come.

My Grandmother loves her new Atlas 2.0T, its also easy to get in and out of for Her and Gramps, and great mpg with the 2.0T, and power is very plenty for a tiny engine

Excellent service! I took my certified 2021 CRV recently purchased from Hugh White used lot to have service for auto-idle not working. Turns out battery was bad. There was no charge for service, battery, or diagnostics even though technically I purchased from lot a few months ago. Love the size and room. Even the third row is roomy enough for 2 adults with headroom. Comfortable ride with good visibility. I’m enjoying the Atlas SE with v6 and 4 motion
