Reached out about a car. They provided all answers I needed. We weren’t able to make it work for us, but they offered an above average trade in, and were responsive.

I was looking for a car in September. I drove an Atlas as a used car dealership. So we decided to just check them out. Ethan McDonald who took us on was fantastic. I decided to wait to buy til later on. December came around and it was time to buy. I started shopping for the best deal in the area and became extremely frustrated with dealers and dealerships. I decided specifically to go to Principle Grapevine and work with Ethan again. I fell in love and bought a car that I didn't even consider until I saw it! It was an easy and great experience and I'm so happy with my new car!

The process was easy and the vehicle was ready for pickup as promised. Price was okay.

From when I walked through the door to my taking delivery, every part of the buying experience was very respectful, professional and extraordinary customer focus. Everyone in this dealership was honest, not pushy and friendly. The car was as advertised, immaculate and they kept their promises. An old fashioned business culture virtually non-existent today. Great follow up and communication. Highly recommend!

I had bought a new car and it needed the first service. I called Olsteen volkswagen to make an appointment. I talked to the service manager, not sure if they could get it done within the week. They had me bring it in the very next morning. When I arrived to the dealership I was greeted professionally and with kindness. I walked in and spoke with Anthony the service manager. He was very professional and kind as well. I didn't wait long at all when Anthony greeted me in the waiting room. I walked out and seen my car ready to go. Serviced and cleaned. I asked for the detail to polish out few scratches and scuffs, the car was taken back to the detail shop and brought back with little to no change. Either the detail shop did a poor job or nothing at all. While the salesperson was very nice and attentive, he mentioned that even new cars have scratches on them. .y concern was my car not the new cars.

I only gave 4-Stars due to the fact that I have not moved forward to purchasing a vehicle from VW-Fairfield as of yet. M. Marshall, the sales rep I met & discussed my car options w/ was spot on w/ his Customer Service & was very friendly & outgoing. I will write another review if & when I purchase a car from them.
