I drive Uber 8urs and I have a 2018 Atlas's 2.0 getting 27 mpg having driving 3yrs this SUV is best thing I've ever had great driving UBER and very consistent jdt unbelievable SUV 187,000 miles , best vehicle I've ever owned!!!!

I got the SE V6, which handles very well. This is not a fast car from 0-to 60 in x seconds, because it is a heavy vehicle, but once it reaches cruise speed it is very responsive with good acceleration to pass comfortably in the freeway and will not slow you down in hill country. One minor detail was the phone wireless charging, not charging properly, I just removed the rubber cover, and it works perfectly, so I guess it is too thick. The wireless infotainment requires few seconds to get properly connected, so just be patient, because once it is connected it works just fine. After backing up, the camera stays on for few seconds, after switching to drive mode, but this dissapears once it it reaches 20mph , and at the same time the doors autolock. It is a nice safety feature. Mine has the ceiling moonroof, which is very nice. It is a reliable vehicle with proper handling for it's size with plenty of cargo and passenger space.

Car is a gem. Lots of room, handles well and has the power I need. I have the V6. When compared to the other cars of its size I drove including BMW, Mercedes and Audi. You get a car that has the German quality and sophisticated engineering yet saves thousands. I love it.

I went in to test drive a CPO 2018 EL-X Accord. At first, I was on the fence between a Camry and an Accord but driving it helped my decision. The whole experience from setting up the test drive through the negotiation was stress free. Both Adeel and Larry were honest and fair, and I ended up getting the car that day.

Don’t listen to the complainers. It’s a great SUV!! This is my 2nd cross port. 1st was 2020 SEL tech pkg. now I opted for the SEL R Line. Car is great. It’s comfortable it’s classy the interior with the ambient lighting takes it up a few notches. Has all the safety options needed and more including the heads up display. Everything is pricey today so definitely not cheap. But the retuned engine is appreciated compared to the previous 4 cyl. Wish it was better fuel economy but not a deal breaker. The car is roomy organized and thought out of placing the more frequent “buttons” handy. The entire vehicle has been redone. Structurally the same but almost everything is a new! It’s been a week with the new model - looks like an Audi but more impressive than one. LOVE IT!!!

So much space and the interior of the car is absolutely stunning and the technology is an extra plus about the car.

This is the third car I’ve bought from this dealership and its wonderful salesperson, Shawn Vahid. Buying a car can be stressful, but Shawn makes it fun too. He knows Audis, and he really tries to get each client the perfect car. This time it is another Q3 for me. But next time I’m sure I can talk him into selling me that sports car in the lot — the one with the red leather interior and the sticker price I can’t afford. A girl (on my 80’s) can dream. And Shawn makes car dreams come true.

Audi review Long and honest review worth reading, as I rarely leave any reviews unless my experience had been stellar! This is my second review for this fantastic dealership and especially Mr. Mobin Fateh my all time favorite sales representative at Chantilly Audi! Initially Mobin and his team helped my wife to painlessly transition from her previously leased vehicle to a brand new Audi Q3. I was in the market for another car as well and had few cars in mind. I have had my atlas for 1 year 56000 + miles on the road. Interior has some big oops we diddnt think of thats. Phone charger in cubby. Useless shifter and drinks make it un usable . Drivers seat way too far to the right not centered to cluster, the steering wheel and distance between door to seat and seat to console. RightKnee developes bruses against console. Plugs for usb, audio and lighter is like threading a needle in a inclosed black dark box. Accident waiting to happen ... that is all for now trading it in for a truck.

Better than I expected. Great looks and tech. Plenty of room in the backseat and overall. A bit of interior plastic is a small disappointment but comfortable ride even with the 20” wheels. If you don’t need a third row the cross sport is the way to go! A value!

I received a loner vehicle while my 2014 ES 350 Mark Jacobson Lexus stayed overnite at Chantilly. I woke up today January 24 full of brightness started my loaner Lexus and off we went. I did one errand and was prepared to return the loaner. Engine refused to turn over. Called my Lexus service rep Hetty Stoner and turned me over to Lexus Roadside Assistance. Came with in 45 minutes and off we went to Chantilly. Constructive tips- please give a loaner with at least half tank of gas and inform customer as to start up procedure in every loaner vehicle. Weather permitting make sure all loaners have been cleaned and washed for eye candy effect. First cabin not log cabin. I love Pohanka Lexus. Great exterior styling, has all the key interior features and creature comforts. From a quite smooth ride, roomy interior, comfortable front and rear seats, a well thought out dash configuration, large sunroof, and great sounding radio, just to name a few. Atlas Cross Sport offers a lot of options. We were thoroughly impressed with the overall quality of this vehicle inside and out.

Nick Bernicat (our sales person) was so incredibly patient, understanding, respectful, personable, and professional, and he made our car buying experience so much easier and less stressful than it had been until we met him. He was truly a pleasure to work with. We had been to other car dealerships and had encountered the classic aggressively pushy tactics car salesmen are known for, and Nick was anything but that. He intentionally cut out time for us to talk alone and never made us feel pressure to buy. He helped resolve all of our concerns and was open and honest throughout the entire process. After telling him about our previous experiences, he assured us that he wasn't there to push us and that it was okay if we didn't decide to buy. He said his focus was to build a good relationship with us so that even if the dealership didn't have what we were looking for, we would still be comfortable coming back when we were ready to buy years down the road. We'll be back on the market again in a year or so to get a second car, and if this dealership has the right car for us, we're definitely willing to drive the two hours back to buy from him again. His focus on human connection made working with him enjoyable, which is saying something because we had been dreading going into another dealership. Our financing experience was much more mediocre. It was 8pm by the time we got to the finance guy and he wanted to go home. He was dismissive, and while he would answer direct questions, he didn't have much interest in slowing down to explain anything we asked about. I felt kinda trampled and didn't really enjoy any of the interactions with him, but I'd still go back to work with Nick.
