All original, stored for over 18 years, motor rebuilt with only a couple of thousand miles on it. Had since 1988, bought in California. Stored in the winters. Tires in great condition! I have many parts for restoration.

My Very First Car
I bought my racing green VW Bug in 1967 for $1850. At the time, I lived in the Washington DC area and my parents and family were in Rhode Island. For the next two years about two weekends a month, I drove from DC to Rhode Island on 95! She never disappointed me. We just cruised along at about 70 for the 4 1/2 hour trip. The easiest to maintain and a lot of fun to drive!!
