If only more businesses were like Cupples! My mom and I were shopping for a car for her. She doesn’t like new technology so we were looking for an older model in great condition. Ross had several to choose from and we took a few out. My mom decided on a 2012 RAV 4. Since bringing it home there have been a few tiny glitches but Ross and his terrific assistant, Connor sorted them out, even coming to pick up the car so my mom wouldn’t have to worry. In fact, the selection of vehicles that Cupples had was so good I shipped one back west when I went home - Ross organized that too. It’s obvious that Ross and Connor take pride in the business and my mother and I feel very lucky to have stumbled upon what must surely be one of the best used car dealerships in New England.

It's an awesome car but requires a lot of maintenance and repairs. I don't think the previous owner took very good care of this vehicle.

This is the 4th Cabrio I've owned. Had 'seller's remorse' after selling my marlin blue, 2002 Glx. Was extremely fortunate to find the same model 1,000 miles away. Flew out; drove it home. No mechanical issues. Always take them to a VW garage to get checked. Know it will cost thousands, but the car will run like new. Enjoy the driving; the comments I get; the 'feel' when driving; putting the top down and driving with our Husky. Totally enjoy my Cabbi. Have had a vetted. Prefer the Cabbi. Sold on it. And, it's a 20-year old.

Easily maintained and gets great gas mileage. A great car to actually work on my self. Enough room for 4 adults, the back seat is very comfortable.

I love this car. It?s for getting places, not hauling stuff or transporting a bunch of kids. Not tremendously powerful?not a road hog?but a zippy convertible that handles extremely well in winter weather. It?s a VW after all.

Out of state buyer, I purchased my 1970 Ford Torino. My sales person was Terry throughout the whole process. Not sure other buyers in past didn’t do their research before buying but overall this company and sales person Terry took care of me and worked with me. I hired a Mechanic to look at the vehicle we came to an agreement that satisfied both of us. Had my car delivered and was very pleased with my purchase. Thank you so much. I went to a few dealership on Saturday with my wife looking for a car for my college bound son. We were both impressed with Arko and how kind and easy going they were. A few places we went to didn't even bother to come out and say hello. When we told Arko we weren't looking to purchase quite yet he still gave us the same attention as he did when he thought he'd maybe have a sale that day. We will for sure be back.

This vehicle has done a lot of good for me. Very nice exterior look. Fun to take out with friends and is a reliable car.

My car may be old, but I am still the envy of all the other 60 something yr. ole Sandwich ladies on top down days!! Many days I cruise to work with Simon & Garfunkle blasting tunes from my cassette player.
