He helped me get all the details I requested even before I came in. He is a very respectful and no pressure gentleman who has excellent communication skills. Vehicle was just as described on website. Dealer provided Carfax and service records. Antwerpen had acquired the vehicle as a trade-in, given it a full inspection, and done necessary maintenance. The experience was very low-stress. Erick is honest, but tough - be sure to do your research if you're hoping to negotiate!

You always judge the dealership by the quality of service and this is where BMW of Fairfax in my view above all in the area. I do not need much assistance except placing an order and taking the delivery. Petr is the expert with years of experience and passion.
