My shopping experience at Capitol Mazda was smooth and stress free. Casey Dawes was very helpful in explaining every detail about the vehicle and the purchase. He was very friendly and patient with the bombardment of questions/concerns I had all throughout the purchasing process. At no time did I feel pressured into purchasing the vehicle. Going through the Costco Auto Program helped in saving a couple hundred dollars, and a quicker than usual purchase. To top it off, there's no markups on the vehicles. I would definitely recommend Capitol Mazda to everyone, and would definitely return at some point in the future for a second purchase.

Look around first so you understand that their prices can't be haggled but it is worth it. I couldn't find a single car within $1K of their price. And the quality of the car was outstanding. Easy. Great kid's corner keeps them occupied too. No pressure sales is a beautiful thing.

When I arrived he had the Altima ready. Me and my Husband went out for a long test drive up the livermore hills since we commute out of town all the time. I sent them an email after their closing hours. Robert responded to me within an hour. I wound up driving there the next day, Saturday (2 hrs). He had the vehicle ready for me to test drive. I thought I had a loan pre-approved thru my credit union. He set me up with a computer to go online and finish up with them. They were a disappointment. They said the "approval people" did not work weekends. WHAAAAT! He hooked me up with his finance guy and I was out the door with my new car. HAPPY HAPPY, JOY JOY!!!

Gary was very helpful in securing the car we ordered. This is the 2nd vehicle we have purchased from Gary at this dealership; he kept us posted on the expected ETA of the car, and has followed up a couple time since we have taken possession. Very thorough without being pushy.

Gary took the time to teach me all about my new car. I've never owned a new car before so the most modern thing I'd ever used is a CD player. Gary taught me about the navigation, setting up my Sirius radio, suspension settings in the car, back up camera, syncing my phone, everything!! Two days after I bought my car was daylight savings time and I didn't know how to change my clock. Charlie from service walked me through the process. I bought a Golf R and the manufacturer sent regular looking key fobs, so the service manager was nice enough to change out the plain chrome pieces for R chrome plates on my key fob. Then, Brian in the parts department did research for me on winter wheels and tires for playing in the snow all winter. People I didn't even know passed by me and congratulated and complimented me on my new car. These guys at Dublin Volkswagen are truly amazing!

Really excellent customer service from Sam Okiyama. He was so thorough and knowledgeable that his information became the deciding factor in my decision to buy. Also Scott Yeager, really great phone communication, lots of courtesy, and he got a dent in the car handled in just a few minutes and the repair was done within a week. He expedited all the steps and I felt like he advocated for me throughout the entire transaction.
