Stopped by to test drive a Jetta with no real plans to purchase one at the time. I was on the hunt for a car but didn’t think I’d find something I liked there that was in my price range. I really thought I was just killing some time before an appointment. Hunter sat me down and found out which features I was looking for, then put me in an SE that had everything I wanted and more, and was still affordable for me!! He was absolutely wonderful to work with, very responsive, and worked with my schedule. I was a little bit of a pain in the butt honestly, with wanting to move scheduling things around and make changes to how I did my financing, and he was so patient, flexible, and helpful the whole time. I love that they offer a lifetime powertrain warranty on new vehicles, and the atmosphere was not pushy or sales-y at all. Would highly recommend this place to anyone in the market for a new car!

There were no hidden fees or sneaky sale tactics. Straight forward and honest! Would recommend.

Jay “Justin” at the Las Vegas Hertz Car Sales was outstanding. He does a fantastic job working for your office. The way he interacts with the customers is an absolutely, “A Drop The Mic” moment. He is so good with the other customers including ourselves. It was really fun to work with him and watch him do his job. Your office is very fortunate to have someone like Jay working in your office. Guys like him are very hard to find that can represent the Hertz Brand in an outstanding manner.
