JOSE MALDONADO was our Sales Rep. He was GREAT to work with...go see him!!! He is very personable, knowledgeable and helpful. There was absolutely NO pressure from him...he took his time with us and answered all of our questions. There is nothing worse than looking for a new car, going into a car dealership and feeling the intense pressure from the sales representative, and there was none of that. We also want to give a "Shout Out" to Tina, Don & Jason. Thank you for everything! We felt like we have know all of you before. It was hands down the best time we ever had purchasing a car. The Jack Daniels dealership has been extremely helpful! I explained to them my exact needs and they did exactly that! I went in on the 23rd of August and had my car by the 24th their service is amazing and very fast and very accommodating to your personal needs and wants. Personally, I sat with Scott and he was one of the most helpful people I've ever met so thank you to him and to Jack Daniel's for being an amazing dealership!

I went there this morning and was told a part has to be ordered from Germany which could take two weeks. I explained I was going out of town and may not be able to pick up my car if it does take two weeks. I received an email from you which says if I don’t pick up the car 24 hours after repair I can be charged $50 a day. I immediately called and told them I cannot afford that. I am a senior citizen Who is on a fixed income. When I called I was told the fee would be waived if I do have to leave it there. I would like to have this in writing just in case my car has to be left. Please expedite this so it is not an issue and I can have my car back before I leave town. Thank you Donna Bergin

I have been shopping around for a vehicle and the level of comfort I felt stepping foot into this place of business was absolutely remarkable. My experience at Major World was exceptional! My salesperson Martin was knowledgeable, professional, patient and kind. I told him my budget and he immediately brought me to a section where dozens of vehicles were in my price range. He pointed out the ones he thought were the best value and told me why. He never tried to get me to consider something out of my price range. The whole staff was friendly and very helpful.
