My husband and I just purchase a Tiguan. We worked with Caleb Klees. He was so professional and kind. He wasn't pushy or trying to make us feel bad for leaving on the first visit. We had many experiences with various dealerships and we chose this one due to our previous VW vehicles and the atmosphere created by Caleb. Lynn Schultz my sales person was absolutely fantastic! From when I walked through the door to my taking delivery, every part of the buying experience was very respectful, professional and extraordinary customer focus. Everyone in this dealership was honest, not pushy and friendly. The car was as advertised, immaculate and they kept their promises. An old fashioned business culture virtually non-existent today. I only gave 4-Stars due to the fact that I have not moved forward to purchasing a vehicle from VW-Fairfield as of yet. M. Marshall, the sales rep I met & discussed my car options w/ was spot on w/ his Customer Service & was very friendly & outgoing. I will write another review if & when I purchase a car from them.

Started having battery warning light on 2020 Jetta on Wednesday. Had trip planned for that weekend and planned on taking Jetta. The VW service team was able to work me in and get new battery installed before trip.
