We worked with Diego Soto and finance manager John to purchase a new 2022 VW Tiguan. From start to purchase we had a very good experience. Diego was professional, knowledgeable, and appropriately tuned into our pace. He matched our stride without ever being too “pushy” or “sales driven”. Our questions were answered quickly and easily. At our request, Diego put us in touch with a Service Manager to answer a few more technical questions about the SUV. We were able “shop locally” for a vehicle that matches our needs for this stage of life. Jasmine called me to say she had found the perfect truck for me. Although I wasn't ready to buy yet, she asked me to come in and just look. Well, I did and we took off for Hansel Ford to look at the truck. When we got there she was told the keys were gone and another sales person was taking the truck to show it in Petaluma. As we walked out, the salesperson was just leaving in the truck. Jasmine sprinted like a track star down the driveway and stopped him from "getting away". I was able to look at the truck and drive it before it left for Petaluma. Well, Jasmine was right. The truck was absolutely what I was looking for. I ended up telling Jasmine I would trade in my Corvette to buy the truck. Jasmine called me late in the evening to tell me the buyers in Petaluma did not buy the truck. Jasmine WENT to Petaluma that night in her own car and brought the truck back so I could buy it the next day. She's the best!!! Love an aggressive girl who does what she has to do to make a customer feel special and close the deal!! Give Jasmine a raise and a promotion!
