Not once, despite being busy, did Nik make me feel rushed. Again, prompt and direct in getting things done right. Such a great VW experience! Rich was professional, and so knowledgeable- he answered every question I had about the vehicles I was looking at and made the process go smoothly and quickly. He also patiently explained the tech and features in the VWs and even my insurance app! Robert and Anthony made me feel comfortable with the financial side of things. I did not feel pressured to buy anything I didn’t love, they worked with various lenders to help me get the best deal, and I understood everything I signed. He’s kept my car reliable for years and has never taken advantage of any situation, and the same goes for the friends I’ve referred to him. Trenton is extremely knowledgeable and can explain exactly how things work and why your car needs certain repairs or maintenance. He breaks everything down clearly, with no expectation of anything in return. Even if you just have a question, he makes it feel like he’s right there beside you walking you through every step. Jill went out of her way to help us with our needs. I was looking for a vehicle that my mom could get in and out of comfortably. She tried multiple vehicles and we eventually left to explore other options. We looked at Honda and nothing worked, then to Buick and Toyota. At this point we thought we’d never find something that met our needs. We went back and looked at the Legacy again with Jill and she showed sent us out in a test drive.
