She tried multiple vehicles and we eventually left to explore other options. We looked at Honda and nothing worked, then to Buick and Toyota. At this point we thought we’d never find something that met our needs. We went back and looked at the Legacy again with Jill and she showed sent us out in a test drive. FANTASTIC experience at Casey VW! Make sure you ask for Jason Rowley if you go. He was the best salesman I have ever worked with. From start to finish, Jason made our experience extraordinary. Very laid back, no pressure, very knowledgeable. It felt like we had brought a friend with us to the lot to help us pick out a car. I will go to Jason for all of our car needs going forward, although we hope to keep the car we have for a very long time. He helped us pick out a great car at a great price. I could not find another dealership to beat the deal we ended up with. His manager, Rudy Medina (the big guns), was great to work with as well. He kept his promises and there were no surprises when it came time to sign. I signed paperwork with William Hooper. He was very thorough and very patient. He made sure I understood exactly what Casey was offering and what I was signing. Overall great experience. I definitely recommend!

So I have to leave a review about Brad! The energy and approach of the entire team is personable without pressure or haggling. Also specifically I was going through a big health transition and they made sure I didn’t have to add any concern with the character of the sales experience. Brad made sure I was taken care of, communicated well and wanted me to have no gray area about the details involved in the sale. Another part of this is my old vehicle had come to its end and I was concerned on multiple levels and for them as a team to express naturally a humanity and authentic engagement was comforting to say the least! I left with a vehicle that brought me joy, met my needs and I also was clear that I had a vehicle that would give me premium performance

Sammy and Conni are the best this is our second car. We always get the red carpet treatment Sammy gets it done and Conni well the most attentive sales person I have ever met. They don’t push you to buy, I can’t say enough about this place!! Love it and will shop there again and again.

I found a used Rav 4 online that I was very interested in taking a look at. I asked if they still had it, yes but then called me back later to say it couldn't be officially located. Within the hr I received another call it was found! I was able to check it out and purchased it. Cheryl was great. The only negative I have to say is the lengthy wait to talk with credit mgr & review of extended protection plans. So far I'm very happy with my purchase.

The sales guys were very helpful and easy to talk with. My husband and I went in with a preapproved loan from USAA, and we talked to the sales guys about the pre approval because we intended on using that financing for the car. When we met with Financing, we were told that they were not accepting payment form USAA as a “company policy.” We wish we were told earlier in the process that our financing would not be accepted. Overall, we love the car and would recommend Bob Moore, just wishing for better communication about the financing.
