He went above and beyond to accommodate our needs at an extremely competitive price. Our finance person was equally as friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. My husband and I purchased ID.4. We traded our Honda Accord. At first, we were not given a fair price but eventually we did and decided to proceed with the deal. David and Mohamed were extremely helpful. David did great job explaining everything we needed to drive the new car home. The following day he responded quickly to my request of locating the enrollment code for electrify America. The dealership was cold (October) and could use some more decoration and kids-friendly corner.

Erin was not pushy at all, knew her cars, and although I am not a great negotiator, I was able to reduce the listed price of the vehicle and both sides compromised on a price rather quickly .She provided all the information I needed to make an informed decision and did not make any false promises. Most of all, the price of the car is all-inclusive and they are not trying to add on things to jack up the price so you are both on the same page. The test drive was by myself so I could really see if the car drove well and fit me. She even drove me back from the rental car drop off after closing hours, so I wouldn't have to walk a mile back to the dealership. From a safety perspective, every employee was wearing a mask and social distancing was observed when possible. Great no-pressure environment.

My experience was good. However, because the used car was not a Volkswagen, the salesperson did not know a lot of details about the Audi I purchased.

I was shopping for a new Volkswagen online and came across a 2024 Tiguan SE at Wellesley Volkswagen. Eric Tonkonogy was our salesman and he let me know that the Tiguan that I was interested in had sold earlier that day. However, they had a 2023 Tiguan SEL R-Line with low mileage that hadn't gone online yet. Eric took us out for a test drive and told us all about the additional features. After going over the pricing, I wanted to go home and think about it and he didn't pressure me at all. I decided to purchase it the next day and made arrangements. On the day of the sale the SUV was ready and Eli helped me with all the financing. I would've given this review five stars, but upon pick up my husband noticed some knicks on the rear bumper that wasn't disclosed to us, plus an item was forgotten about and I had to drive back to the dealership today to get it. Other than those two those two things, everything was great.
