Finally!! I found a Auto salesman that knows how to give amazing customer service. His name is Andrew Spigelman and he works at Hertz in Norwalk. Sometimes I can be difficult to work with, but Andrew was very patient and understanding. Even though I did not buy a car because of my DP I will definitely send everyone I know to Andrew only.

Wow what an amazing car buying experience at Hertz Car Sales - Torrance with Tammy Watkins helping us buy 2 excellent condition and low mileage 2016 Toyota Camry's. Me and my family have been researching for the best car deals for months now and finally a place to buy cars without issues. We tried going the private seller route and even going to car dealerships around town, but it was a big waste of time since other dealers have high pressure sales and hidden charges such as dealership fees or accessory fees. Then we had the issue of private sellers not being upfront honest about their car's history or actual ownership of the car. Just to many obstacles getting a good deal with them private sellers and other dealerships. I finally heard about Hertz Car Sales through a youtube video of someone saying the pros and cons of buying through rental car companies and they mentioned Hertz Car Sales has the best deals you can find. We went to the Hertz Car Sales - Torrance website and found the cars we liked at a reasonable price below what other dealers and private parties are selling them for. Apparently Hertz sales their cars significantly cheaper than what Kelly Blue Book lists them as. The best thing I like about buying our cars here was that the prices are listed upfront and their is no haggling, no pressure, and no hidden fees. Plus the cars we bought come with a 12-month/12,000 Mile Limited Power Train Warranty. We went to Hertz Car Sales - Torrance 3 different days in order to purchase 2 cars from them. The first day we just drove onto the lot and started walking around looking at the cars and were greeted in a friendly manner by a Hertz Representative named by Tammy Watkins. She was very knowledgeable about the cars we were interested in and offered us to test drive the cars. We ended up test driving several cars that day and Tammy was very patient with us and did not pressure us at all. We told her we like the cars and would come back with a mechanic another day to test drive and inspect the cars. Then we came back on a 3rd day to finalize all the financial, DMV, and warranty paper work to purchase both cars. Overall I want to thank Tammy Watkins and the rest of the Hertz Car Sales - Torrance team that helped our family buy 2 cars in the same week. He was very helpful and patient with my parents who needed to replace a car due to their car being totaled in a car accident. They (my parents) have a very hard time making decisions and CW helped them weed through the choices until he found them a car that matched everything that they were looking for. I have purchased 2011 Tiguan Used. Phenix and Carlos were extremely helpful. They've answered hundreds of questions very patiently. They have helped me to get a great deal. When the car needed some repairs within few weeks, Phenix and Pedro from the Service Dept acted very quickly. And they gave me a temporary car. There are few minor issues, however. The financing person does not explain anything unless you ask him. And he speaks very fast, so I had a very difficult time understanding him.... Also the customer service couldn't find my order. I had to wait about an hour at the shop to get it. Lastly, no one told me that my Tiguan 2011's rare bumper looks different than others, not in a good way. I wish someone had told me about it before I purchased it. It wasn't gonna change my mind, but I'd appreciated an explanation. I still don't know why it's different....

I have a 2009 VW CC which recently had the EPC light turn on/off randomly during times of idle. I called VW Cerrritos and spoke with Spencer who explained what could be the possible causes for the light turning on. He recommended I try to replicate the problem before bringing the car in if it was safe to do so, this would prevent me from losing money if the problem didn't show up during the diagnostic. I decided to purchase an affordable OBDII reader that worked through an app on my phone and was able to retrieve a code for a camshaft sensor. I told Spencer my findings and got an appointment set up for the next day at 8am. The car was diagnosed quickly and was back to me the same day of drop off. This process included diagnosing the problem, calling the warranty service for an "OK", repairs, and waiting for the warranty to send payment after the repair was done. I'm not sure were the Camshaft sensor in my car is but that is a quick turn around considering all parties involved. I was provided with a ride home after drop off and a ride to pick up my vehicle which really made things so much more convenient. If a 6th star was possible I would just for the customer service alone. I thank you again Spencer and all the service members involved for taking care of my VW and giving me peace of mind.

I had just starting looking into the possibility of purchasing a vehicle to replace what I currently was driving when I found one that caught my eyes on CarGurus that was located here, so I decided to stop by literally minutes before they were getting ready to close. Ended up speaking with Jovany, who was as straight forward as you would hope for, letting me know what they had available that fit the price I was looking around out the door, as I was going to purchase the vehicle out-right. Being a salesman, he threw in financing a few times, to which I denied and Jovany understood, wasn't pushy as I've experienced in the past. Went back the next day, ended up finding the exact vehicle I was looking for after looking at a few, and Jovany went out of his way to get the out the door price for the options, and answered all questions that I had in regards to completing the purchase. He actually listened to what was needed and didn't try to push anything that I had stated I wasn't interested in, so major props for that. I don't recall who I worked with as far as the finance department was, and she also was amazing when it came to understanding that I was looking to purchase straight out, and didn't overly try to push any extras on me, while being honest that since the vehicle was a CPO, I was already pretty well protected. Part of me does wish I would've gotten the extra she had offered, but, it is what it is. Service department also did a great job in getting the car ready for delivery, along with Jovany going out of his way to make sure he was at the dealership when I went back to pick-up the vehicle the next day. Just great service, great prices and great people. Will definitely stop by here in a couple years to get my next vehicle and hopefully the same staff is still around.
